Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), this beautiful bright flat with a view on the street next to the opera-theatre of 50 m² is composed of :
- a charming bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bathroom with shower and separate toilet,
- well-equipped kitchen (Italian coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine),
- hoover, air conditioning, fan,
- TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and stereo system,
A secure parking space is available in the underground car park of the building!

The mobile air-conditioning is in the living room and the fan is in the bedroom.

Enjoy the best addresses and attractions of Avignon on foot. Your car stays in the basement car park and it is free! Leave the Place de l'Horloge on your way out and at the corner of the street on the right, you have a choice of restaurants with excellent provencal cuisine. Don't forget the municipal museums which are worth a visit and are free!
