Housing is located in a convenient, quiet location. Nearby there is a store, a McDonald's, a bus stop, and a pizzeria. The apartment looks like the photo, but there is a nuance. One of the beds is on the second floor in a small windowless room that should have been a wardrobe room. There is only one small window on the second floor and it is hot in the heat.
There was confusion at check-in. At first there was a message that a concierge would meet us near the house. Then came a message that the keys are in the safe and how to get to the apartment. The only thing is, they forgot to specify the apartment number and had to call to find out. The apartment is not clean enough, the dishes are poorly washed, only one bed was made, and the others had to be made by themselves. I had to talk to the agency about it and raise the issue. There was also a broken iron that was electrified. I informed the owner about this, and the next day another iron was brought to us. I hope the broken iron is remov

Positive:
Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, molto vicino a tanti servizi come supermercato, benzinaio, spiaggia e ristoranti. Vicino anche all'uscita dell'autostrada, comoda per raggiungere molti paesi e città nei dintorni.
Negative:
Pulizia non proprio ottimale, alcuni dettagli rotti (uno specchio scheggiato, due lampadine non funzionavano).
Sconsigliato per più di 6 persone, il divano letto che dovrebbe essere matrimoniale in realtà è a una piazza e mezza al massimo.

Rien ne fonctionne dans l’appartement: machine à laver, fer à repasser, aspirateur, sceau pour laver le sol casser et pas de retour du personnel pour nous changer ou réparer les appareils, nous avons dû payer à plusieurs reprises le lavomatique et aucun remboursement de la part des propriétaires!!!

Very professional reception by helpful colleague who spoke excellent English and was very flexible on time to meet at the property. We had a flat tyre that needed to be repaired on the day we left, so we were allowed to stay a bit longer whilst waiting for the garage to finish. Colleagues who came to clear up and clean the apartment were also extremely friendly and helpful.
Good sized apartment, which was nice, and so were the 2 balconies, which meant there was always one in the shade!
Apartment and immediate surroundings was very nice, built around a bit of a court yard where you could play petanque. Plenty of parking

Apartment was advertised for 7, but with only 1 bathroom and toilet that would be rather a squeeze.
Advertised as 8 minutes from the beach, which was probably an underestimate, particularly in the heat of the day, so we took about 12-15 minutes, particularly on the way back.
