- a large west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the exceptional sunsets,
- a comfortable and bright living room,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer and air conditioning,

Access to the residence's private swimming pool (open during the summer), private parking and the residence's petanque court.
