5 minutes by car from the Cours Mirabeau, this beautiful and bright flat close to all amenities is perfect for a stay in Provence.
This beautiful bright and air-conditioned flat of 55 m², renovated in 2020, is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) of a private upscale residence, is composed of :
- a large west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the exceptional sunsets,
- a comfortable and bright living room,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer and air conditioning,
-TV, Wifi.
Access to the residence's private swimming pool (open during the summer), private parking and the residence's petanque court.

This flat located 5 min by car from the Cours Mirabeau is ideal for visiting the city, while remaining in a quiet environment. In a residential area on the heights of Aix-en-Provence, you will be in the best place to visit Aix-en-Provence, its markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colours. You can discover the city centre to drink a coffee at La Brûlerie Richelme, taste a pastry at Chez Weibel or sit on a small square to eat at Chez Angela. For a bit of culture, the Musée Granet, in the former Palais de Malte, 10 minutes away by car, will seduce you with its architecture and the richness of its collections; you can also visit the Musée Cézanne 7 minutes away by car.
