- Access to the residence's private and guarded car park.

As the flat is located in the heart of the city, noise pollution may occur.

You will also be able to easily explore the French Riviera and discover all its treasures: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes...

From Villeneuve-Loubet train station → 5 min on foot or by car
From Nice airport → 10 min by car or 30 min by transport
