This new and bright flat consists of a living space of 130 sq. m, is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a renovated factory and includes :
- a pleasant and very large living room with a sofa-bed (curtains have been set up for more privacy),

- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a single bed,
- an open perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, mixer, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),
- a bathroom with bathtub and shower,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- a parking lot.

The upstairs bedrooms have low ceilings of around 1.80 metres.

This beautiful loft is located at the heart of Tourcoing, in a dynamic district in full renewal. Close to all commodities, you will find around your location a lot of shops and cultural places, such as Le Grand Mix, the Botanic Garden or the MUba Eugène Leroy, Tourcoing fine-arts museum. You will also have the choice between numerous bars and restaurants, including Le Paradoxe or L'Union fait la force restaurants. At last, thanks to the transports just nearby, you will join easily all the center of interest of Lille metropolis.
