Situated a 2-min walk from the banks of the Canal du Midi, close to transports and all amenities, this nice apartment will welcome you for a pleasant stay in Toulouse.
This modern apartment 53 sq. m flat is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and includes:
- a nice and large living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with a shower,
- an equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment,

The neighborhood
Located in a peaceful neighborhood in the heart of the Grand Rond district, this accommodation will allow you to find Toulouse’s leisure activities within walking distance: the Halle aux Grains concert hall at 2 min, the Jardin des Plantes at 7 min, the Carmes market at 10 min, not forgetting the numerous museums(including the Toulouse Museum and the Jacobins Monastery), restaurants and stores just a few steps away. Give yourself a treat and try the take-away food at the Mio Grand-Rond Kiosk, only 3 min away on foot!
Lastly, in addition to being close to the Port Saint-Sauveur, you will be in an area well served by public transport and will be able to reach the Capitole in 12 min (5 min by bike) or the city center, where you can find the Saint-Cyprien covered market, in 15 min (10 min by bike).

Toulouse-Matabiau train station → 10 min by car or 17 min by public transports
Toulouse-Blagnac Airport → 20 min by car or 35 min by public transport

The floor number and absence of elevator are clearly mentioned in the listing description and the cleaning fee stated throughout the booking process. Items such as toilet paper are provided for the first few days, it is not the case for other items such as coffee pods, but our team remains available should you have questions regarding the coffee machine.
