Ideally located in the heart of Chamonix, with a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc range, this cosy flat is ideal for 8 people.
The space
In the heart of Chamonix, close to shops and transport, this comfortable flat is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter as well in summer.
This charming flat built on three stories has a living space of 100 m² and is composed of :
- a cosy living room,
- three bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with bunkbeds,
- two bathrooms including one with bathtub and one with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- a ski locker

The neighborhood
In the heart of Chamonix, 5 min walking from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are within walking distance: the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 10 minute and the Thermal Centre in 20 minutes by foot. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

I recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation during a ski trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the prime location and charming decor.
The property is a short walk from the bus stop, making daily trips to various ski mountains incredibly convenient. This allowed us to maximize our time on the slopes without any hassle.
The accommodation itself was clean and beautifully furnished. With three double bedrooms and a kid bunk bed room, there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of skiing.
One of the best aspects was its proximity to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance from Chamonix's posh part. This made exploring and enjoying the local scene effortless.

I would not stay here again. Was a nightmare which killed our ski trip. Not worth the agg.

Une très bonne expérience. L'appartement est très agréable, chaleureux et lumineux, exactement comme représenté par les photos. Il est très bien situé, proche de la gare routière de Chamonix et des arrêts de bus desservant toutes les remontées de skis. C'est à 5-10 minutes à pied du centre de Chamonix mais dans une rue très calme. Nous étions là pour une petite semaine pendant les vacances de février et l'appartement était parfaitement chauffé. Le ménage avait été fait un peu rapidement avant notre arrivée mais la propreté était tout à fait acceptable. La literie est confortable. Nous avons eu un souci avec la chaudière au début et Welkeys a été très réactif et s'est immédiatement déplacé. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient bien. Il y avait des produits disponibles pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle, ainsi que des produits d'épicerie de base comme le sucre, le sel, le poivre et l'huile/vinaigre (nous avions quand même amené les nôtres). C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Bel appartement plutôt bien placé. Cependant appartement pas très propre, sous vêtements retrouvés dans l’appartement. La chambre au sous sol n’est pratiquement pas chauffée il fait super froid. Pleins d’affaires traînent dans le placard (vélo, ski, affaires de tout genre).

The apartment is spacious with bedrooms on different floors, which provides privacy.
The apartment wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. The rubbish bin in the kitchen was full of used baby diapers, the bathroom was dirty and the bed linens have not been changed after the previous guests. The property owners didn’t respond to phone calls. Not a nice experience at all.

The two bedrooms upstairs are within the eaves. So no standing room if you’re taller than 5ft5. Be prepared to duck through doorways. Very frustrating and not described as such on the website.
This place is managed by Wellkeys who bombard you with extra irrelevant messages about their discount apartments and want you to operate through their portal which doesn’t work anyway.
The apartment has no iron and when asked for one ( as we were going to wedding and needed be well presented after travelling) they didn’t have one, couldn’t get us one and failed to let us know that there’s a laundromat in town just a few minutes walk up one of the streets. No local knowledge and it certainly can’t be the first time that a guest has asked for an iron.
They were particularly unhelpful when we asked about confirming our time. We were travelling 2 1/2 year year-old and when asked if they could accommodate an early check-in the answer was simply no. Once we had made alternative plans to occupy ourselves within received a text message saying the apartment was ready, which is really unhelpful as we had already made alternative plans at some expense. It seems the local contact doesn’t know when the cleaners are coming or going or going to finish their duties in preparation for guests checking in.
When checking out we asked if it was possible if we could leave our luggage for sometime as our Transfer it was later in the day again the answer was simply no. They did say we were able to stay until the cleaning crew arrived but couldn’t advise as to what time that was so we were expected to simply hang out in the apartment for an unspecified amount of time. Very unhelpful . Once again the local contact failed to inform us that the ski shop opposite the bus station will happily keep your bags for just €5. I would’ve expected a message saying unfortunately we can’t help you but you could leave your bags at the depot. It seems a local contact has very little local knowledge.

- Deposit amount was required through online link only which not preferred option for me.
- No team in the ground for support and was not easy to find the location of the property.
- There is no parking there and that was mention in the website and it is okay in normal cases but it was my first time in Chamonix and found it is very very hard to find any spot to park there so my advice for anyone planning to visit Chamonix with a car to be sure the property has a parking.
- The property was clean but not perfect, we found underwear in one of the bathrooms maybe belong to previous guests and one side of socks in the washing machine.

Great location. Nice to have a full kitchen.
Some things just didn't work well - the stairs were extremely creaky, we had to stock our own toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, there were no dish towels, the bathroom cabinets wouldn't stay shut, and some of the windows would not open.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé dans Chamonix pour pouvoir avoir accès au centre-ville et ses activités à pied. Bel appartement à la décoration soignée et très fonctionnel. Le seul bémol sera le parking payant.

Chamonix is a beautiful place but this location is on the far side of town, away from most of the nice spots. The house is interesting but it was hot & no fans.
The house didn't have parking & this wasn't communicated well. There are no fans & it was hot. Worst of all, they charged 500 euro for damage afterwards with very poor communication. Be careful!

The positive - the apartment is in the perfect location for skiing (right by the Chamonix sud bus stop) and it was a good size for our group of 6. Now for the less than positive - No one was there to meet us at check-in and I had to call to get the lockbox code. They hadn’t made up the fourth bedroom despite us having booked the place because it had four bedrooms and they were rude when I asked them to bring bedding for the fourth room. We had to make up the fourth bed ourselves and the room wasn’t very clean. The cleanliness of the apartment was so-so and there were some broken things like the dishwasher missing the front panel. There were also lots of missing finishes in the apartment so there were visible holes in the ceiling, etc. The thing that annoyed me most, however, is that I reached out to Welkey’s (a “professional” management company) as soon as we checked in regarding these issues, and they never followed up or provided any help. Might stay again, but disappointed overall.

There were a few issues like the dishwasher being broken, no bedding for the downstairs room, holes in the bathroom celing not fixed etc but the location was good and th apartment was generally great.
It would have been a nice touch to leave 3/4 coffee capsules or tea bags and a basic larder to get people started in the future.

Het verblijf is nog groter dan het op de foto's lijkt. Het is op wandelafstand van Chamonix centre (10 minuten). Je staat op 2 min aan de bushalte van waar je de bussen richting skigebieden kan nemen. Voldoende plaats om ski(botten) te stockeren. Zeer comfortabele bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen (gratis) parkeerplaats is. Er is wel een openbare parking op 1 min wandelen.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, proche des commerces et de la navette. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de stationnement. L’appartement est conforme à la description, très grand et bien décoré. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine contient les ustensiles basiques, il serait bien qu’elle soit un peu plus équipée (pas de tire bouchon !).

Amazing stay here in Cham Sud.
Less than 100m from the Cham Sun bus stop which has regular buses to all the 3 chamonix ski areas.
The apartment is beautiful and spotless. The photos do not do it justice and it’s much biggest than it looks. Out own boot / ski store with heated boot dryers was a massive plus.
Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The only issue was that the wifi wasn’t working and they were unable to fix this, but I am sure this is only temporary.

Séjour en demie teinte… L’appartement est très beau et cosy, fidèle en tous points à la description. Seul hic, et de taille, la chaudière qui ne fonctionnait pas bien et n’a pas permis aux radiateurs de chauffer, nous avons passé la moitié du séjour dans un appartement glacial (fin novembre) sans assistance de l’agent local sur place. Vraiment dommage car sinon c’était un sans faute.

Grand appartement charmant et propre! Nous étions 3 couples avec des enfants et il y a 4 vraies chambres, avec 3 vrais lits doubles et une chambre d enfant.

Beautiful apartment just outside the centre of chamonix. Very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect - 5 to 10 mins walk in to the centre and right by the bus stop so easy to get around to chamonix and surrounding areas. Great communication from host prior to arrival and easy check in as key is in lock box outside the front door.
