The space
Two steps away from the station, close to shops and transport, this comfortable flat is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter as well in summer.
Located on the garden floor (1st floor from the entry) of a beautiful residence with lift, this charming flat with a chalet atmosphere has a living space of 86 m² and is composed of :
- a nice sunny terrace,
- a large and bright living space,
- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (which can be set up as two simple beds, to be confirmed when booking),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a bathroom with shower,

The neighborhood
At the foot of Planard slopes, two steps away to the heart of Chamonix, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town's huge ski area. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are within walking distance: the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 10 minute and the Thermal Centre in 15 minutes by foot. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...

The check-out time is clearly mentioned in the listing, our team cannot always allow a late departure, especially ahead of time. The pictures you provided did not reveal any major cleanliness issue and products such as toilet paper are provided for the first nights, not the entire duration of the stay. Dirty is how you left the accommodation (including trash), we did have to block part of your deposit. We remain at your disposal for further information. Best regards.
