Stay in this sumptuous villa in Hossegor, nestled in the heart of a quiet, chic neighborhood. An elegant and comfortable living space for 8 people, ideal for a unique experience on the edge of the Golf course.

This exceptional property comprises :

• a large wooded park of 1000m² featuring a private swimming pool (secured by a fence) with sun loungers, a relaxation area with sofas, and three terraces with dining areas,
• an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with (decorative) fireplace and access to a terrace, and a dining room opening onto the pool,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (large stove, coffee machine, ice machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, with direct access to the park via French windows,
• an adjoining studio with its own entrance, a queen-size bed (160cm), a dining area and a small kitchen, also overlooking the park,
• a work desk,
• solarium,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• high chair, cot, children's books,
• fan, central heating, carbon monoxide detector,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, books,
• parking for 3 cars.

The first floor of the house is not accessible to guests.

The villa is located in a quiet, chic neighborhood, close to the town center, the lake and just two kilometers from the sea. Enjoy views of the Golf d'Hossegor, paddle courses on the lake, surfing sessions at Plage Sud and local flavors in establishments such as Chez Tante Jeanne or Bistrot Balnéaire.
