This beautiful villa, perfectly equipped and decorated with great care, will be ideal for enjoying the mildness of the South West and its sea air.

This 120 m² house includes :
- a 300 m² exterior including a garden, terrace and summer kitchen,
- private swimming pool (unheated),
- a large, modern living room,
- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- two shower rooms,
- fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning,
- cot, high chair,
- board games, Wi-Fi, satellite TV.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The neighborhood

Located 5 min away from the sea and the station of La Hume, you will not miss anything to enjoy a nice stay in Gujan-Mestras. You'll be able to visit the town's cultural and event centres (including Aqualand and various theme parks), you will be close to all amenities as well as shops, restaurants and transport. You will also be a 5 minute drive from the Port de La Hume, which combines oyster farming and yachting, and a 10 minute drive from the Port de la Barbotière, the oyster farming centre. Finally, don't hesitate to visit the "cabanes Tchanquées" on the Île aux Oiseaux, to visit the Arcachon city or to go to the Dune du Pilat!

Bordeaux-Mérignac airport → 50 min by car or 1h15 by public transport
