- one bedroom with king-size bed (180cm) with access to the balcony,
- two bedrooms with single beds,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- bathroom with bath, separate toilet,
- hoover, washing machine, ironing facilities, fan, hairdryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

The neighborhood

This flat is ideally located to easily reach the capital: just a 10-minute walk from the Marcel Sembat stop on line 9, which takes you directly to the Trocadéro, the Champs-Elysées and the Palais Garnier. A ten-minute walk will take you to the Ile Saint-Germain park and the Boulogne-Billancourt swimming pool. The Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros stadium are less than 30 minutes' walk or transport away. If you want to travel further away, you will be on the right side of Paris to visit the national estate of Saint-Cloud or the Château de Versailles.
