• a large open-plan living area with lounge and dining room, separated by a double-sided fireplace,
• a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a master suite with queen-size bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom and balcony,
