This very central location and the lively atmosphere can be a nuisance for some people, especially during the summer months (noise).
However, the alcove bedroom with glass roof overlooking the living room insulates the night area.

Madame Soltani qui nous a donné la clef de l'appartement a été très charmante.
-2 serviettes de bain dépareillées, loin d'être de style hôtelier comme l'annonce Welkeys, dont une fortement usagée. Pas de petites serviettes pour les mains, on les a attendues tout le séjour. Inadmissible !!!
- Mobilier de récupération !!
- Entrée de l'immeuble encombrée par poubelles +diables du café.
- Appartement hyper bruyant de 5h du matin à 0h30 avec en prime les fumées du bar du dessous.
- Aucun interlocuteur, car le fameux Dominique ne répond jamais, à exclure du job.
- Caution abusive de 400€ avec frais de 3,34€ !!! Du jamais vu, quel abus.
- Welkeys entreprise à fric à exclure. Ils donnent mauvaise réputation à Booking.

Accueil déplorable, clé défectueuse ayant généré une heure d'attente assis dans l'escalier, afin qu'une autre clé soit apportée pour ouvrir l'appartement. Appartement bruyant le soir car situé AU DESSUS D'UN BAR et dans un bâtiment vétuste avec containers poubelles stockés dans le hall d'entrée. Dans salle de bain, DEUX serviettes seulement, avons été obligés d'acheter des serviettes complémentaires

3 petits points négatifs à savoir :
- la luminosité n’était pas celle attendue en voyant les photos (1 seule fenêtre)
- le bruit lorsque le bar en bas est ouvert (jusqu’à 2h du matin)
- très forte odeur désagréable sur les draps du lit qui semblaient avoir été déjà utilisés
Malgré cela nous avons passé un super séjour avec un emplacement au top du top et un joli accueil

Le bruit de la rue qui n’est calme qu’entre 2h du matin et 5h30…( passage poubelles, puis installation des terrasses de café ou du marché).
impossible de garder la seule et unique fenêtre ouverte.Pas de climatisation, donc chaleur étouffante et pas de chambre à proprement parlé car pas de fenêtre.Appartement très sombre, il faut allumer toutes les lumières.
Certaines tasses sont ébréchées et il a fallu réclamer des articles de toilettes inexistants.Les serviettes de bain sont à remplacer.
Un lave linge serait un plus.

Me resulto oscuro el departamento (tiene solo una pequeña ventana al exterior), el ruido por las noches de los vecinos de arriba fue muy molesto y el detalle de llegar de un largo viaje y que no haya papel higienico me parecio muy poco amable, teniendo en cuenta el precio.

The location was superb in one of the main streets full of bars, shops and restaurants. Despite of that, windows isolation was so good that you couldn’t hear anything from outside even when people were eating, drinking and enjoying life.
The apartment has everything we needed: coffee maker, oven, fridge, toaster… it was beautifully decorated and cozy.
We didn’t dislike anything. We loved it all.

Le logement convient parfaitement pour une personne seule ou un couple.
Tout est facilement accessible : restaurants, bars, boulangeries, etc.
La rue est piétonne, donc très agréable, mais pas calme pour autant ...
Il aurait été souhaitable de mentionner sur l'annonce du logement que celui-ci se situe juste au dessus d'un bar très animé. Il ne faut donc pas avoir le sommeil léger !
Contrairement à ce que laisse penser les photos, l'appartement est sombre. En effet, il n'y a qu'une fenêtre.
Enfin, difficile d'avoir deux douches chaudes consécutives ..

I woke up in the middle of the night because of the pop noise, the bars were very close just down to the flat windows.
The host is good and very cooperative and helpful but I don’t recommend this apartment because it’s very noisy

Die Ausstattung war super. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, aber in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine inklusive Spültabs war vorhanden.
Das Bad war sehr sauber und schön, neu gemacht.
Die zentrale Lage hatte auch ihre Nachteile: Das Apartment liegt direkt über einer Bar und zudem auch an einer Straße, auf welcher der Floh-und Wochenmarkt stattfindet. Der Lärm bis in die Nacht sowie früh morgens aufgrund der Stände, die aufgebaut wurden, war unerträglich. Zudem gibt es keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster im Wohnzimmer zur Straße und den Bars/Restaurants hin musste offen bleiben. Die Ventilatoren haben keine Linderung gebracht. Das eigentliche Schlafzimmer hatte sogar gar kein Fenster! Die Hitze war wirklich schlimm.
Das Apartment war zudem nicht sauber, auf dem Boden und unter dem Bett lagen Staubschwaden und den Müll musste man selbst entsorgen-bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 75€ aus unserer Sicht nicht in Ordnung.
Um zum Apartment zu gelangen, muss man quasi an den vor der Bar sitzenden Menschen vorbei, den Eingang teilt man sich auch mit der Bar, die im Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes einen Lagerraum zu haben scheint.

Localisation en vieille ville est bien.
Serrure très difficile à actionner quand on n'a pas la poigne du propriétaire. J'ai dû l'appeler au secours (il a fait vite)
Canapé lit avec 2 places de largeurs très différentes; pas facile quand on a la place étroite.
Le niveau de bruit est très très élevé: appartement situé juste au dessus des bars les plus tardifs du quartier, 3 marchés par semaine s'installant très tôt, beaucoup de passages de noctambules éméchés.

Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water!
One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early this could have been a problem.

- la serrure pour rentrer dans l’appartement est très compliquée, nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés dehors car personne nous a expliqué comment fonctionnait le système de verrouillage de la porte … Heureusement la dame qui nous a accueilli a été très réactive pour nous venir en aide. Mais cela aurait pu être évité si nous avions été mis au courant à notre arrivée.
- Une forte odeur de renfermé était présente dans l’appartement, nous n’avons pas pu dormir avec les draps fournis la première nuit tellement l’odeur était forte.
Là encore, les hôtes ont été très réactifs et à notre écoute et sont venus régler le problème
Enfin, l’appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes si vous dormez dans la chambre, mais lorsque vous séjournez sur le lit d’appoint dans le séjour vous serez gênés par les nuisances sonores dues au bar d’en dessous. C’est supportable une ou deux nuits mais difficilement plus mais cela est aussi du à l’emplacement idéal de cet appart :) !
Malgré ces petits bémols nous pouvons dire que nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement et que les hôtes sont très sympathiques !

Porém a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam muito fedidos! NÃO FORAM LAVADOS! A exatidão do anúncio não foi exata! Assim como a mensagem que perguntei ANTECIPADAMENTE sobre a acomodação ( interfone, máquina de lavar roupas ) se houve erro de tradução; resolva com o Airbnb o hóspede não pode ser lesado por isso!
Reembolsaram 20€ pelos transtornos!

A warning about the pictures that have a heavy filter to make the place look much lighter than it is. The apartment is decorated as in the pictures and feels very homey, but it is rather dark!
The second bed is the sofa, which isn’t really a bed and apparently you need to specify if you will be using it or you may not have linen for it. However the check-in, with a person was great and they quickly sorted the situation for me.
Overall I would very much recommend this apt and would definitely stay there again when I am in Annecy. Merci Welkeys Team!!

Les draps sont assez usés, mais les équipements de l'appartement restent assez neufs dans leur ensemble.
L'entrée et la sortie dans les lieux se font très facilement. Ponctuel et bonne communication.

The other side was very poor response and service. We were 3 persons and only 2 towels were there and no hand towels. I contacted local rep on phone number of times which was not answered. Then I sent whatsapp messages but no response even after the messages were read. Thereafter I wrote a mail to the company and got a reply that they have contacted their rep in Annecy and he says sufficient towels are there to which I replied its not correct. I got no reply thereafter. So for 3 days that we stayed they did not provide the 3rd towel and we had to buy a towel.
