Bright and crossing, its wooded terrace, South oriented, is a real summer living who will give you a splendid view in the middle of the fields, on the Monts Veyrier and Semnoz, as well as a little insight on the Annecy Lake. From the balcony of the first room, you will also be able to the magnificent side of Parmelan. Residential and bourgeois area on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux, close to the highway exit Annecy-Nord (7 min by the Aravis highway). All commodities are less than 3 min away by car (between 1.5 and 2.5km) such as the bakery-dairy Neuveu, and the Allée des Tilleuls with a bio supermarket, a pizzeria, a caterer, a bank, a pharmacy, a newsagent-tobacconist.
The historic square of Annecy-le-Vieux with its roman bell tower from the 12th century, and its gastronomic restaurants are 2km away : l'Ateliers des 4 Gourmets, Le Clos des Sens (2 stars Michelin). The Annecy lake is 3km away (5 min by car or 25-30 min by walking through a pedestrian path). Albiny and Annecy beaches are 3km away, with ability to do nautical activities (sail, rowing, paddle boards, pedal boats, motor boats)... At the same distance, you will find the Imperial Palace and its casino. Annecy center (city hall) and the old town entry are 4.5km away. Menthon-St-Bernard Castle is lass than 10km away, Talloires and its beach at 12km away and the Col de la Forclaz at 20km away.

Our flat is just nearby the highway exit Annecy-Nord (7 min by the Aravis highway). Rare in Annecy, parking is free at the foot of the residency (one parking lot reserved for the accommodation, and the ability to park another car 50m away in front of the mailboxes). Public transports are lass than 200m away (bus stop Rampignon), a cycling road is also 100m away from the flat. Annecy train station is 5km away, Geneva airport is 45km away (35 min by car with the highway).
Annecy lake is 3km away (5 min by car or 25-30 min by foot with the pedestrian path). Old Town entry is 4.5km away. Menthon-St-Bernard Castle is less than 10km away, Talloires and its beach at 12km away, and Col de la Forclaz is 20km away. Ski stations La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are 26km away : just 30 min by car !
