A pretty 45m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. This charming accommodation is composed of:

-one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed
-a very well equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, hob)
-a bathroom with shower
-vacuum cleaner, household products, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, baby bed, closet
-TV and WIFI

→ The elevator will be out of service from February 26 to April 8, 2024
→ A private car park is at your disposal
Please note that a building restoration will occur on the bedroom and toilets side from May 1st to June 30st 2022.
