Located 10 min away from the prestigious Negresco, just nearby the beach, public transport and stores of the city, this apartment will be perfect for a pleasant stay in Nice.
Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator, this bright and cosy apartment of 37 sq. m includes:
- a charming balcony,
- a nice and comfortable living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a very nice bathroom with shower,
- an equipped separate kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi and fan.

The neighborhood
Located in the heart of Nice’s Fleurs district, this accommodation will grant you easy access to the city on foot or by public transport. In addition to the restaurants, bars, stores in the neighborhood, you will be close to the beaches: the Florida beach is only 3 min away on foot! And if you wish to enjoy nautical activities, the Port of Nice is only 15 min away by bike. For a bit of cultural activities, the Fine Arts Museum of Nice, with its park and typical Nice architecture, will be just a stone's throw away from the accommodation, and the Masséna Museum just a 10-min walk away. If you want to relax for a while, you can reach the Alsace-Lorraine garden in about ten minutes on foot or the park “Carol de Roumanie” in 20 min by public transport. Lastly, if you wish to enjoy an apéritif with a unique view of Nice, try the Farago on the Roof restaurant!

Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport → 13 min by car or 30 min by public transport
