Located in the lake city of Port-Grimaud, at the bottom of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, a few steps from the beach and a magnificent view of the Giscle, this flat is ideal for an unforgettable stay in the southern sun.
Close to all amenities, this beautiful air-conditioned flat, with a Mediterranean decor of 40 m², is composed of :

The neighborhood
Port Grimaud is a unique architectural ensemble, listed as a 20th century heritage site in 2002, and now labelled "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" (since 2018). Located just a few steps from the beach, with bike rental at the exit, this flat will allow you to spend a relaxing and calm stay, while remaining close to many activities. Ideally located between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, you will be a 6 minute walk from the beautiful Port Grimaud, where you will find many restaurants, bars and entertainment in the Venice of Provence. There are excellent restaurants in Gassin as well as in Grimaud for delicious Mediterranean cuisine. You can also take the water shuttle "Les Coches d'eau" on the ground floor of the building to Port Grimaud, where there is a market from 15 June to 15 September. Finally, if you wish to go on a cultural outing, go to the historical centre of Grimaud, about ten minutes away by car, where you will find the Château de Grimaud, the Pont des Fées or the Church of Saint-Michel.

Alloggio bello, pulito e con vista splendida sul canale.
Purtroppo non posso dare una recensione positiva all'host poiché è stato abbastanza scortese al momento del check-in dandoci pochissima flessibilità con messaggi davvero poco cordiali.
Inoltre ci è stato un solo asciugamano a testa per 4 notti e quando abbiamo richiesto almeno un asciugamano per corpo e uno per visto a testa ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare.

The location overlooking the waterway was lovely and very close to the beach. Port Grimaud was charming.
Restaurants in the Port were generally good.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The bed was super comfortable.
The lady that met us at the start was very helpful.
The balcony is tiny but looks much bigger in the photographs. The cupboards and cabinets are overflowing with glasses, mugs, cups, plates, saucepans, frying pans (12 of them!!!)
Less would definitely be good.

The property stated that it had air conditioning when it did not. We came during the middle of a heatwave and the flat was so hot despite the shutters closed the day that we did not manage to sleep at night.

Очень много лишних коммуникаций. Слишком много. И заселение проводит опаздывающий человек. Я добиралась несколько часов до квартиры в тот день из другого города, а он опоздал и дышал мне вейпом в лицо.
Непонятно, зачем это, когда возле квартиры есть ящик с ключом и кодом
Квартира захламлена лишними предметами. Везде забито вещами какими-то. Никогда не можешь найти что нужно

Wir haben die Woche in dieser herzigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist zwar alles schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Un petit havre de paix où nous sommes restés pour quelques jours.
Calme en basse saison (hiver) nous avons pu nous reposer et apprécier la vue depuis la petite terrasse.
Le logement était propre, bien chauffé avant notre arrivée.

Welkeys ist lediglich Verwalter und nicht Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, liebevoll eingerichtet , ruhig gelegen. Würde jederzeit gerne nochmal dahin. Ein Insektennetz am Schlafzimmerfenster hätte mir viele Mückenstiche erspart. Das WLAN war mit den vorhandenen Angaben nicht zu bekommen. Es hat mir nicht gefallen das Welkeys auf die Zusendung eines Scans der Passes besteht - das ist in den Mietbedingungen nicht enthalten und ich schicke Daten nicht gerne herum.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, ein richtiges kleines Dorf mit sehr vielen Häusern und Appartements. Im Sommer muss es fantastisch sein.
Das Welkeys erwartet das man seinen Müll entsorgt und kein schmutziges Geschirr hinterlässt ist OK, aber die Betten abziehen ist zu viel erwartet.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, ein richtiges kleines Dorf mit sehr vielen Häusern und Appartements. Im Sommer muss es fantastisch sein.

Sehr hübsche, kleine Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Perfekt für zwei.
Eine kleine Anregung wäre ein Fliegengitter für das Schlafzimmerfenster, da es ziemlich viele Mücken gibt, jedenfalls im Herbst.

Lovely, picturesque location with nice beach and amenities all within 5-15mins slow walk. Very quiet neighbourhood with great balcony view of the canal to watch boats come and go! Air conditioning would have been preferred as 28 degs in the evening was a bit uncomfortable with fans running all night. Bateaux Verts boats to St Tropez worth using too! Some local information and recommendations at the property would have been appreciated it we did the usual internet searches in advance and whilst there.

This apartment is absolutely lovely! The views from the balcony overlooking the canal is peaceful and a great place to enjoy coffee and a cocktail. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner/manager to upgrade the bed mattress it was not very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay there again!

We had a wonderful few days here! It’s quiet, lovely location and really comfortable interior. Only 10 minute drive from Saint-Tropez and a lovely view from the balcony!
One thing to note is, the outside of the building is looking rather tired! We were a bit worried when we first arrived… However, the interior of the apartment and the view from the balcony made up for this! We loved the overall location too as the streets were so pretty and really good access to various different places and the beach literally a 2 minute walk away!

We loved our stay in Port Grimaud, it was the perfect location to explore the port and also a short drive into St Tropez. Our stay felt very secure as the apartment is located in a gated community. The balcony is perfect for your morning cup of tea and if you needed to cook anything the kitchen is very well equipped. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Thanks!

Welkys hat in unserem Fall beim Einchecken völlig versagt!!!!!!! Am Vortag haben wir mit Handy wie gewünscht bei Welkys angerufen, es wurde uns gesagt, daß es kein Problem sei wenn wir dis 20 Uhr entreffen würden. Wir haben gesagt daß wir unter dieser Handynummer erreichbar sind. Wir waren 18.32 !!!!vor Ort, keiner da, der Anrufbeantworter von Welkys war eingeschaltet, aber die angegebene Notfallnummer war definitiv falsch!!!!!!Dafür haben wir 4 Zeugen: Ersten die Nachbarin, zweitens die beiden Wächter beziehungsweise Pförtner der Anlage und drittens einen Bewohner der Anlage der sich auskennt und auch zusätzlich versucht hat die Nummer des Appartements mit Hilfe der Reinigungsfrau herauszufinden. Alle vier haben sich bereiterklärt als Zeugen auszusagen. Darüberhinaus war es wohl gar nicht vorgesehen, daß ein Mitarbeiter von Welkys beim Einchecken vor Ort ist, es wurde alles per Handy abgewickelt, bei den Angaben in den Unterlagen war dies anders aufgeführt, es wurde auch keine Kaution verlangt, war ja auch nicht möglich, da niemand vor Ort war. Die Nummer des Appartements war weder bei bookong com noch bei Welkys aufgeführt und bei über 20 Appartements bei 2 Eingängen wäre dies eigentlich zwingend erforderlich!!!!. Deshalb mußten wir am Samstag abend ins Hotel und konnten nach erst nach 1 1/2 Stunden ein Zimmer finden da alles belegt war. Die Frechheit von Welkys gipfelt darin, ohne detaillierte Angabe unsere Hotelkosten nicht übernehmen zu wollen. Bookingcom verweist auf Welkys und gibt den schwarzen Peter weiter. Wir sind sehr verärgert.

Great little apartment with a really nice view from the balcony. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Also the perfect place to visit st tropez and st maxime by boat. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would recommend staying there.

Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon ist sehr schön und das Appartement ist ganz nett. Was ist aber zu beachten?
Der Balkon ist so klein, dass zwar 2 Personen gerade so um den halben integrierten Tisch sitzen können, jedoch das Essen (egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen) keinen Platz mehr hat. Man kann sich ein kleines Tischchen dazu stellen, aber dann wird es noch enger. Ein absolutes No Go ist der fehlende Gefrierschrank, insbesondere im Sommer!
Die Küche ist so klein, dass zwei Personen zusammen nicht kochen können.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig und die Straße davor sehr laut. Sie ist so belebt und der Verkehr geht bis in die Nacht (bzw. bis morgens früh, wenn der Müllwagen kommt), so dass man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Ggf. ist das in der Nebensaison etwas besser. Da wir eine Woche da waren, haben uns diese Aspekte sehr gestört. Ist man kürzer dort, kann man sich vielleicht mit dem einen oder anderen Punkt arrangieren.

Beautiful location, perfect for exploring port Grimaud, Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. The flat itself is very clean and welcoming, the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Port Grimaud. Many thanks to the hostess! The view from the living room window is very special. The space was fine for 2 adults and a 12 year old child. The flat is tastefully decorated and offers basic facilities in the price range. However, everything you need is available. We were always on the road during the day and only stayed in the flat in the evenings.

Appartement très agréable même si les parties communes sont peu engageantes, appartement bien équipé très propre literie parfaite ,décoré avec goût , parfait pour une ambiance de vacances ,balcon peut être un peu petit ,appartement convient pour 2 personnes peut être un peu juste pour accueillir 4 personnes environnement très agréable et reposant nous y étions en septembre plage très proche bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et je recommande ce lieu

Prima ligging en mooi uitzicht. Eenvoudig ingericht, maar alles is aanwezig. Port Grimaud is een leuke bestemming van waaruit je mooie uitstappen kunt doen.
