4 min from the beach, in a charming belle-époque and art deco neighborhood, quiet but close to many restaurants, bars and shops, you will have easy access to Nice city centre. If you are looking for a relaxing moment, you can reach the garden of the Masséna Museum and the city centre in 10 minutes on foot. The narrow streets of the city are lined with restaurants, pubs and nightclubs of all kinds. Indulge in Nice's specialities such as pissaladière and tourte de blettes. Enjoy a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, as well as the beaches. Finally, there's nothing better than simply strolling around, Nice will seduce you with its many assets!

When you contacted our manager around 10, she provided a code to test and suggested to look for a neighbor as she was not in the area.
