The neighborhood
This livable flat is ideally located near shops and restaurants in the 1st arrondissement. Just 5 minutes from the Vieux Port, you will be in the best place to discover Marseille, its markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colours. You will be able to embark on a boat to discover the Calanques and the Frioul Islands, or to stroll through the typical streets of the Panier, in search of the most beautiful works of Street-Art. No existe ningún cartel del establecimiento, es un piso situado en un edificio q se cae..
gracias a una peluquería de ese número q hace esquina me permitió estar alli 2 horas desde mi llegada.
Era un bianbyr .. x lo q la recepción muy mala el mensaje de texto para acceder lo recibí a las 15:45 h. Después de 4 llamadas telefonicas.
Me tuve q desplazar a otro sitio para coger las llaves..
El edificio horroroso el barrio a las 20 h poco recomendable y un 3* sin ascensor de Escaleras altas .. el baño es casi imposible de acceder..no lo recomiendo
Booking esto no lo puede tener desprestigia su calidad e imagen para europa este tipo es más de países fuera del entorno europeo.
Leerme baño imposible de acceder el lavabo para una muñeca el. La ocas pecas Barby nancy..tenía q usar el fregadero .. sin TV los 3 días pues el mando roto .

In poche righe, ho prenotato in questa struttura per un soggiorno di una settimana. Se non fosse che ho lasciato la stanza il giorno stesso del mio arrivo in quanto c'era un TOPO nell'abitazione. Una vera e propria TRUFFA, in quanto poi nonostante io abbia lasciato la casa, non hanno voluto rimborsarmi ed ho quindi perso oltre 500 €. I titolari sono spariti e non mi hanno più risposto. Gente così andrebbe radiata da questo tipo di commercio!! VERGOGNOSO!!!

Le logement correspond à la description et bien propre, néanmoins, la salle de bain et très petite : le lavabo pour se laver les mains est très petit et en plus bouché donc inutile, ainsi que les toilettes qui sont très très étroite et pas confortable..
Si non pour le reste c'est nickel

I stayed for 4 nights and every day someone come over a nock the door in between 5-6 pm, I felt unsafe and that wasn’t great.
The apartment was really clean and comfortable.
I would book again my self if we’re cheaper.

The very flat was good, but we noticed some problems with the building: looks like it's about to fall apart. Some doors in the apartment can’t be closed because of it and near the stair there are props holding the upper floor. The location was close to the Port but district wasn’t really good. And on the last day we had noticed mold in the coffee machine because someone forgot to throw the coffee away, dishes also weren’t clean

The company Welkeys in charge of the apartment is spamming you with emails and messages about the apartment. A deposit of € 700 is required, you have to do a self check-in and send pictures of the place, then a pre-check out which offers you later hours but it’s actually not possible.

It was not clean. There were stains in both the bed and the coach. Only 1 towel per person for 8 days. The WiFi didn’t work and even though the staff mentioned they would fix it, no one did.

El calor que hacia en el apartamento, solo había un ventilador y dormir era complicado ya que un ventilador no llegaba para todo el apartamento y no se podían abrir las ventanas por el ruido de la calle.

- matériels et ustensiles de cuisine : pas de bols, seulement 2 verres, pas de plat pour le four, aucun ustensile de cuisine de base type cuillère en bois / simple spatule, par exemple…, pas de torchon (obligés d’utiliser une serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle)
- abonnement télévision expiré aucune chaîne accessible
- nombreuses saletés collées sur le mur du salon
- plusieurs messages laissés au responsable d’accueil dès notre arrivée pour signaler tout cela + 1 échange téléphonique, avec des promesses de remédier à nos demandes, sans aucune intervention concrète
- signalement de la situation et demande d’explication a l’entreprise, aucune justification apportée, uniquement des réponses laconiques par mail n’apportant aucune excuse ni explication, comme si tout cela était normal et qu’il n’y avait pas de manque constaté vis-à-vis de cette prestation.

Dommage que le four ne marche pas, que les chaînes TV ne fonctionnent pas non plus ( même si ce n'est pas indispensable c'est un plus quand il ne fait pas beau temps)

Hôtes très réactifs ++
Un canapé lit dans le salon plutôt confortable, par contre pas totalement isolé de la lumière et du bruit de la ville
Lit double dans la chambre confortable, assez bien isolé de la lumière et assez bien insonorisé !
Dommage que la propreté laisse a désirer...
