The space
Ideally located in the heart of Nice, where you can reach all the attractions of the city: the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, the Coulée Verte, etc., you just have to go out and the city is yours!
Located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift, this air-conditioned and quiet flat, overlooking a courtyard, in the heart of Nice, consists of a living space of 38 m². Ideal place to discover Nice while being comfortable, it includes :
- a living space with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a mezzanine bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a beautiful bathroom with shower,
- an open kitchen, fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- air conditioning and fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood
Located on the largest pedestrian and shopping avenue in Nice, in addition to the bars, restaurants and shops nearby, you will have easy access to the city of Nice on foot or thanks to transport just a stone's throw away, while remaining in a quiet courtyard-facing accommodation. The flat is located in the city centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the Coulée verte, the Place Masséna and the Vieux Nice, where you can find architectural treasures and typical shops. For a bit of culture, you will have the National Theatre of Nice at 9 min walk or the MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) at 10 min. If you are looking for a moment of relaxation, you will be 6 minutes walk from the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais, where you can walk along the sea. Finally, you will be 15 minutes by transport from the Port of Nice.

Nice Ville train station → 10 min walk or 7 min by car and transport
Nice-Côte d'Azur airport → 13 min by car or 38 min by public transport
