The neighborhood
You are in the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice! Only a 20 minute walk from the Vieux-Nice, at night, it is a meeting place and a place to go out for the people of Nice. Its narrow streets are lined with restaurants, pubs and nightclubs of all kinds. Let yourself be tempted by Nice's specialities such as pissaladière and tourte de blettes. Enjoy a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais opposite the building, as well as the restaurants and private beaches of the Promenade des Anglais. Finally, there is nothing better than simply strolling around, Nice will seduce you with its many assets!

Un niveau sonore plus important peut effectivement être un compromis à faire pour un bon emplacement. Our team does not make the sofa beds to allow guests to enjoy the living space but all the sheets are provided and ready to use. During some warmer days, ants can appear in some apartments, our team does its best to prevent them. We have not received such a feedback since your stay. We provide hygiene articles to make the first few nights easier, not for the entire duration of the stay. You did leave the apartment in such a state that our team had to spend twice the amount of time they usually do so we had to charge you for the extra time spent.
