In the heart of Nice, 15 min away from the market and 10 min away by public transports from the beach, you are at the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice ! From this calm and central district, you will be able to discover the Gare du Sud, an old train station rehabilitated in a food court and multimedia library, or Saint-Nicolas Orthodox Cathedral. In 25 min walking, you’ll join the Promenades des Anglais and its emblematic buildings.
