This nice and new 70 sq. m house, on one level, consists of :
- a beautiful garden with terrace and barbecue,
- a bright living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- one bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, high chair, baby bed,
- cars can be parked inside the yard.

→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

The house is located two steps to La Brée-les-Bains center, a small and charming village, from where you can reach the sandy beach in 10 minutes on foot. You will also find the market with plenty of fresh and local products, as well as numerous restaurants and bars on the island. Whether you want to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean and its waves, spend a relaxing beach holiday in a charming village or discover the treasures of the island, this house is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable stay with family or friends.
