This very nice studio ideally located in the heart of Carré d'Or, 2 minutes away from the beach on foot, can accommodate up to 2 people.

Close to all amenities and transport, in the heart of Carré d'Or, this flat is perfect for discovering the beautiful city of Nice and the French Riviera.
This modern 30 sq. m studio (including the 12 sq. m mezzanine) is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and includes :

- a mezzanine with a double bed,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooking plates, dishwasher)

In the heart of Nice, 2 min away from the beach, you are in the best place to discover the many advantages of the city! You will have the choice to explore the typical alleys of the Vieux Nice, the palaces of the Carré d'Or or the National Theatre and the Museum of Modern Art, which are located in 15 min walking distance. From the nearby train station, you can easily travel around the French Riviera and discover Cannes, Monaco, Antibes... At last, you will find a supermarket at the foot of the building.
