Nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario, y en vez de apaciguar las aguas, directamente me acuso de abusar de el, y después de mandarle videos y fotos no tuvo ningún gesto de disculpa, sino todo lo contrario.
El apartamento es muy bonito y la zona muy tranquila, pero lo dicho, trato nefasto, limpieza pésima, experiencia negativa.
espero que no se dejen engañar por las fotos como nos pasó a nosotros, si buscas algo "limpio" y tranquilo, este no es el sitio.

Nous avons demander que l’appartement soit liberé plus tôt 13h30 au lieu de 15h donc je ne parlerai pas du ménage un peu douteux mais gros doutes sur la propreté du linge de lit car normalement il est censé être changé à chaque nouvelle arrivée (même si on demande d’avoir l’appartement plus tôt). Dans l’ensemble bonne localisation pour aller à Disney et bonne réactivité du concierge.

Being advised as close to Disney and showing bunk beds and a bath tub, we were a little disappointed that the apartment was not very family friendly. The kitchen items were sparse and mismatched - no kids cups/plates, the tub did not have a stopper so you couldn’t take a bath, and the apartment had a bad smell that required airing out per the apartment instructions. The chairs on the balcony are mismatched and in poor condition.
Overall, great location if you want to visit Disney and spend very minimal time in the apartment.
