The apartment worked well for my wife, daughter and I. The kitchen has the bare essentials, so don't expect to prepare a feast. The internet is decent. Being a ground floor unit the AC does keep the apt quite cool in the summer. A washing machine is great for longer stays.

A estadia foi boa. A localização é ótima, perto da praia, estação de trem e com supermercados próximos. Senti falta de coisas básicas, que geralmente estão disponíveis em outros alojamentos, como sal e chá. Havia detergente de loiça, shampoo e gel de banho. A roupa de cama tinha manchas enormes. Há dois quartos, um com uma cama grande confortável e o outro com um uma espécie de futon, com uma cobertura, sendo pequeno para duas pessoas adultas. Fiz o pagamento de 22€ para o check-in tardio, contudo, não havia nenhuma pessoa para acompanhar o check-in, era necessário apenas eu abrir um cofre com a senha que haviam passado anteriormente.

Неймовірно гарна квартира з чудовими 2 терасами, де приємно снідати і прокидатися під спів пташок. Чудовий район, зручне розташування. Дуже зручні ліжка, можна добре виспатися після активного дня. Єдине чого нам бракувало, це електрочайник і антімоскітні сітки на вікнах, бо дітей покусали комарі і ми не могли відкривати вікна на ніч. Нам пощастило з погодою- було не дуже спекотно, але в квартирі немає ні кондиціонера, ні вентилятора, це слід врахувати в більш спекотний період. Єдине що мені було неприємно, це те що довелось заплатити 22 євро за пізній заїзд (23h), при тому що ми і так втратили цілий день через пізній рейс, ключ був в коробочці, тобто фізично наш пізній приїзд нікому не спричинив незручностей окрім нас самих. В інших квартирах такого не було, навпаки якщо була можливість, нам дозволяли раніше заселятися без додаткової оплати. але приємно було що нам залишили в квартирі воду, бо магазини вже були закриті. Дякую. В цілому враження позитивні

整体设施其实还不错，但是服务和管理存在很大的问题： 1. 入住说明视频显然不是当天拍的，视频里lock box的位置和实际不符，我们大晚上到尼斯找了大概20分钟才找到钥匙，期间跟manager沟通花了很多时间 2. 入住说明里没有关于Wi-Fi如何连接的说明，只说scan the QR code，但我们在房子里找QR code找了很久都没有找到，房子里信号又很差，我们度过了没有网络的第一晚，第二天才发现QR code需要在Wi-Fi盒子上按键才能看到 3. checkout时告诉我们需要乘坐电梯去地下室扔垃圾，但电梯无法到达地下室，找地下室又花了我们20分钟，最后询问大楼其他住客才知道地下室需要从电梯对面的门下楼 4. 房间里发现3-4只蜘蛛，床单上有污渍，餐厅有一把椅子坏了，显然是没有打扫干净 这个价格在尼斯绝对算不上便宜，但是管理如此之差，非常可惜

Good base for Nice as long as you are happy to walk. Lots of shops, restaurants close by, sea about 15min walk and old town about 20mins. Was very nice to have outside areas and was quite quiet! Just needed a few more amenities such as more plates and cups to make it suitable for 4 adults. Very quick to respond to questions which was great. Good place for a weekend in Nice.

Nice er heldigvis virkelig dejlig, ellers havde det været fuldstændig utåleligt!
Lejligheden var en katastrofe! Skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Klamt!
Køkkenet og opvaskemaskinen lugtede fælt og der var fuld af små fluer. Klamt!
Ude-arealer var ubrugelig på grund af affald, ødelagte møbler, manglende klargøring.
Den almene rengøring ret mangelfuld.
Vi kommenterede på den skrækkelige tilstand af lejligheden adskillige gange i løbet af vores ophold, men ingen reaktion eller hjælp fra udlejer. Sidste dag blev vi tilbudt sølle 60€ afslag i pris. Fuldstændig til grin!
Booking.com var heller ikke behjælpelig med vores situation. Ingen reaktion fra overhovedet.
Vi betalte for sen check-in, men check-in var en sms og en nøglekode. Uforståeligt at man skal betale ekstra for sen indtjekning, når der ingen var til at tage imod.
Ingen eller fejlagtige instrukser for placering af nøgle, for hvor vi skulle skaffe os af med affald, for wifi i lejligheden.
Vi har aldrig nogensinde oplevet så klam og elendig en bolig/oplevelse.

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Bis zum Meer ca. 12 min. Bahnhof nur 10 min., Zentrum 15 min. entfernt. Lage an sich ist relativ ruhig. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Supermarkt, etc.) sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch und geräumig für 4 Leute. Austattung ist sehr modern und fast neu. Einzig der Garten könnte etwas sauberer sein. Klebrige Stühle, Kunstrasen und trockene Pflanzen führen zum Punktabzug. Parkplatz ist ein grundsätzliches Problem in Nizza... (für 6 Tage hatten wir 190€ bezahlt). Wichtig: Von Samstag 20:00 bis Montag früh kann man überall (weiße Linie) kostenlos parken.

Nice enough place. Says sleeps four but if 4 average size adults one of the beds is very small. There is a pull-out sofa but it is not allowed to be used which makes zero sense to me. Very hard to figure out locks…..there are 3 and the lock boxes with the keys are a bit tricky. After walking from train station with luggage in 90 degree heat it is no fun to battle with locks. All that being said it is nice.

We had a great time. It was a really nice place in the center of Nice! It was quite close to everything you need (although if you hate walking you should consider booking a place closer to old Nice). It was very easy to find and the host was very helpful!

Good stay. A bit farther from the heart of Nice, it’s about a 30 min walk from Old Town Nice. The kitchen smelled a little funky. Overall, a decent place to stay and worth the money- especially with the three patios.
