- private parking. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer permitted.

Capbreton is an ideal destination for vacations with the family, as a couple or with friends. The town offers a magnificent natural setting, a mild climate and a wide range of leisure activities. Water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing are very popular in Capbreton, as are its magnificent warm sandy beaches.

The Gaillou district, where the accommodation is located, is very quiet. You'll find it easy to get around thanks to the bike paths just outside the residence and the bus stops serving nearby towns. Reach the nearest beach in just 7 minutes by bike!

Best nearby addresses: the rotisserie, the market with local producers (3 times a week in season), the Estacade jetty, the South beach, the marina, the medieval house of Rey, the ocean museum.

By train :
- Labenne station: 6km
- Bayonne train station: 17km
- Dax train station: 37km

By bus:
Line 1A (stop a Civelle Arret Yego, 5min walk): possibility to reach Labenne station by bus, with line 1A and access to neighboring towns.

By plane :
- Biarritz-Pays Basque airport → 40min by car
