The apartment is located in a large, pleasant residence with parkland and is ideally situated for discovering the city's treasures. It is just 300 meters from the sea and close to the Promenade des Anglais, allowing you to enjoy the beaches and lively atmosphere of Nice. Essential shops, including a market, bakery, and bank, are only 200m away. There is also a private beach called 'les canailles' for moments of relaxation. For art enthusiasts, the Musée d'art naïf is just 300m away, and the Parc Carole de Roumanie, also 300m away, provides a green space to recharge. The Parc Phœnix, which is directly accessible, offers a wealth of discoveries.
