• an open-plan living room with lounge and dining area,
• a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• a bedroom with a sofa convertible into two single beds and a workspace,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
• fan,
• TV, satellite or cable, games for all ages, books,
• garage (underground parking). Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

Boulogne-Billancourt is a dynamic and pleasant neighborhood, offering a multitude of activities and sites to discover. Located on the Grand Place, you'll be in the immediate vicinity of the shopping center, restaurants and cinemas. Be sure to visit the Musée des Années 30, Jardin Albert Kahn, Musée Belmondo, Parc de Rotschild, Serres d'Auteuil, Roland Garros, Parc des Princes and Stade Jean Bouin.
For a remarkable culinary experience, the restaurant "L'Usine de Boulogne" is a must. You can easily reach the center of Paris or the Château de Versailles via metro lines 9 and 10, and enjoy the view of the tree-lined square from your window, with no immediate vis-à-vis.
