Like other Paris apartments, the staircase is narrow and no elevator. There are only two rolls of toilet paper in the room. The neighbor room is under innovation and makes big noise for the first 2 days during the day time.

Apartment is good size with 2 big double beds. Perfect for a family of 4.
No lift and need to climb 2 storeys up with heavy luggage. Travellers may wish to consider travelling light.
The instructions to find the main door of the apartment was not so clear and hence we ended up walking around the area for a while.
Key to open apartment door was also a little challenging and took us a good 10mins + some techniques to open.

Too many very narrow staircases. Supplies limited. Need to buy our own. Must open windows for circulation of air but many mosquitoes. Water pressure not good. Water not hot enough. Dishwasher water pressure not enough to clean dishes. Still oily after wash. No hot water and steam function. Bathroom sink does not drain water.

The first part of the stairway to the apartment is a temporary structure and is in my opinion not safe. The apartment was not cleaned sufficiently and was very dusty which aggravated our allergies.

The best thing about the flat is its location, which was perfect for us: we could walk to the Louvre / Tuileries quite easily, there are several useful Metro lines within a five- or ten-minute walk (including, for our sporting purposes, line 14 which goes up to St Denis), and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the market square (not that we had time to use them, although we did have an amazing buffet brunch at Nomad's). There's also a very good convenience store (Auchan) nearby which had all the things we found ourselves needing during our stay.

The staff is not helpful and ignores the problems that occurred before our arrival. The bathroom and sink drains were clogged with hair and dirt when we arrived. We couldn’t take a shower for the first two nights because of the dirt in the drains. The company told us they would send a technician which took 2 days for him to come. During that time we were helpless. The money and time spent on the phone was a disaster. Our holiday was ruined. No elevator. You have to climb the stairs.

Na chegada, demorou 2 dias para que tivéssemos o wi-fi funcionando. O proprietário não é eficiente nos retornos de mensagens. Desde nossa chegada, notamos que o ralo do box do chuveiro estava com dificuldade de escoamento. Não muito depois, a água já não escoava mais e formou-se uma verdadeira piscina. Notamos que a pia do banheiro também estava indo para o mesmo caminho. Após diversas tentativas de contato com o proprietário e com o Booking, o problema foi resolvido. Nos sentimos extremamente lesadas e indignadas da privação de banho por 2 dias. No mínimo esperamos sermos financeiramente ressarcidas.

+ drei Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe: Opéra (300m, Metro Nr. 3, 7 und 8), Pyramides (270m, Metro Nr. 7 und 14) und Toileries (350m, Metro Nr. 1)
+ diverse Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt nur wenige Schritte entfernt
+ Check-in vor Ort angenehm und unkompliziert
+ sehr gut organisierter und freundlicher Conciergeservice von Welkeys
+ gutes WLAN (25 MBit/s)
- Der Geschirrspüler war - den vorherigen Rezensionen und dem Geruch nach zu urteilen - wahrscheinlich bereits seit längerer Zeit defekt. Er heizte das Wasser nicht mehr auf, wodurch beim Spülgang mit kaltem Wasser das Geschirr natürlich nicht sauber wurde. Wobei der Geschirrspüler auch sonst praktisch kaum genutzt worden wäre, da nur ein einziger Reinigungstab zur Verfügung gestellt wird und kaum jemand bei einem Aufenthalt von wenigen Tagen eine ganze Packung Geschirrspülertabs kaufen wird.
- Schmale und recht steile Treppe zur Wohnung in der 2. Etage, die jedoch auch mit Koffern überwindbar ist.
- Nur ein Schlüssel zur Wohnung, was bei einer für bis zu 4 Personen vorgesehenen Wohnung ggf. eine kleine logistische Herausforderung darstellt, wenn nicht stets alle gemeinsam unterwegs sind.
- Die für Frankreich typische gemeinsame Bettdecke sowohl jeweils für das Doppelbett, als auch für die Schlafcouch, ist sicherlich Geschmackssache.
- Für den "Service", die geforderte Kaution hinterlegen zu "dürfen", wird eine nicht im Angebot aufgeführte "kleine Gebühr" berechnet. Diese "Servicegebühr" wurde mir nach Reklamation umgehend erstattet.
- Beim geforderten obligatorischen Online-Check-in muss vorab ein Foto des Personalausweises/Passes auf einer Webseite aus Kolumbien (Adresse endet auf ".co", statt z.B. auf ".com" oder ".fr") hochgeladen werden, was durchaus Fragen zum Hintergrund wie auch zur Sicherheit aufwerfen könnte.
- Für die Hinterlegung der Kaution müssen die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der Booking.com-Plattform auf einer Webseite namens "Swikly" nochmals eingegebenen werden. Booking.com warnt zugleich mehrfach ausdrücklich davor, für Buchungen auf Booking.com die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der eigenen Plattform nochmals einzugeben.

Unfortunately, we know for sure that someone has entered the apartment and stole 200 euros and 100 USD from us, from two different purses. The Welkeys staff was not cooperative or taking any action on such a serious matter. They had complete disregard for our safety, as they didn’t even bother to check on our safety, nor even offer to change the locks in the apartment. This happened within the first 3 days of our stay, and the rest of 7 days we were there, we place objects against the door at night worrying about our safety. We really hope this message reaches the actual owner of the apartment and they change the management team to the one who really cares for their guests in the incidents like this one.

Wir hatten wohl Pech und eine tote Maus unter der Spüle. Als Feedback von Welkeys wegen der Maus kam auch keine Entschuldigung oder o.ä. Im Gegenteil, wir mussten am Abreisetag in der Früh noch einen Servicetechniker zum Check der Wohnung empfangen. Hier hat die Ansprechpartnerin von Welkeys uns das Urlaubsende etwas verhagelt und deshalb würden wir die Unterkunft/über Welkeys nichts mehr buchen. Der Umgang mit der Reklamation war enttäuschend.

Kakerlakker på kjøkkenet. Ukomfortabel sovesofa i stuen. Generelt skitne kjøkkenting som gammelt vann i vannkoker og kaffemaskin, deler av bestikket var skittent, men lagt i skuff sammen med «rent». Støvsugerposen var full og støvsugeren kunne ikke brukes. Når naboer røykte i bakgården kom det inn i vår leilighet når vi hadde åpne vinduer, generelt dårlig ventilasjon i leiligheten.

Niestety mieliśmy brudne prześcieradło, na szczęście w szafie znaleźliśmy dodatkowe, więc ok. Mieszkanie jest położone na 2 piętrze z dość stromymi schodami, bez windy. Wejście z dużą walizką było wyzwaniem. Nie dla rodzin z dziećmi ( wózkami ).

Easy to walk to many of the iconic attractions in Paris.
1. Opera, 8 minutes.
2. Louvre, 15 minutes.
3.Arc deTriomphe and Eifel Tower about 20 minutes by bus, 35-50 minutes walking.
BEST thing: 5***** Beautiful comfortable bed.😍😊😀
The bed/sleeping was the most important reason for renting the apartment.
Very basic supplies.
E.G. A dish washer but no dishwasher tablets.
Just one tea towel. Just 2 toilet rolls (for two of us staying five days).

Niestety w kamienicy nie ma windy, co z jednej strony jest urokiem starszych budynków, ale przy dźwiganiu bagaży jest to dość uciążliwe.

No me gusto que tengas que dejar el apartamento antes de las tres que es la hora a la que entras. Pedimos mas tarde de las 10 pero solo nos daban hasta las 11:30 y tuvimos que buscar una consigna ya que el vuelo era por la tarde con el trastorno que supone. Simplemente con poder recoger las maletas mas tarde estaria genial
Hay un ruido de un extractor en la cocina que es muy desagradable.Se enciende y se apaga solo. por la noche se apagaba

Big bedroom, comfortable bed.
Location is a dream. 3 minutes from Place Vendome, same from Opera Garnier. Louvre is about 10 minutes away. On foot of course.
Two cafes on the ground floor, but interesting : you don’t hear a thing. Very quite apartment.
Both hosts were very punctual and accommodating.
I would love to book this apartment next time I am in Paris
only one thing I can think of : no coffee pads. It was tricky to understand which coffee pads you should buy for coffeemaker.

Впечатления об апартаментах очень позитивные - и расположение, и удобства в квартире, и чистота - все соответствовало нашим представлениям о выбранном варианте. Очень досадное неудобство - категорически фиксированное время заезда и отъезда. На просьбу за отдельную плату продлить время выезда на два часа с 10.00 до 12.00 мы получили отказ. На наш взгляд в апартаментах должна быть гибкая система заезда и выезда гостей - ведь это не отель. Тем более, что при существующей посуточной оплате мы лишаемся из оплаченных последних суток 5 часов ( заезд в 15.00, а выезд в 10.00 по требованию фирмы-посредника Welkeys) и это не справедливо. Раньше мы часто останавливались в апартаментах в Париже в этом районе и таких случаев категорического выселения не было.

La situation du logement
La mauvaise disposition du lavabo dans la salle de bain (celui-ci est vraiment trop éloigné et il est difficile de s'en servir sans mettre de l'eau partout).
Il serait pratique d'avoir une deuxième clef pour l'appartement.
L'abonnement TV est vraiment limité, il serait agréable d'avoir un bouquet plus important.
Le chauffage n'est pas très efficace
Il aurait été normal de nous avertir des travaux dans les appartements mitoyens car il était impossible de se reposer en journée.

上階の物音が煩かった。エレベーターは無いので重い荷物を運ぶのは大変です。

オペラ通りをほぼ一本入っただけの好立地です。
アパートの入口の周りはカフェばかりで、こんなことこにアパートが？と思うような立地です。
建物は古いですが、清潔感はあります。少しモダンな内装もオシャレです。
キッチン用品も一通り揃っていて、便利でした。
シャワー等の水回りも特に問題はありませんでした。
私が予約する際に見落としていただけだと思いますが、
まずアパートの鍵を受け取る場所が、管理会社のオフィスで、徒歩20分ほど離れています。
また、事前にやり取りをした際に、必ずオフィスに鍵を取りに来る必要があると聞いていたのに
結局チェックイン前にオフィスにお伺いしたところ、アパートの前で担当者と待ち合わせでOKとのこと。
約束の時間にアパートの前で15分以上待っていたが、担当者が現れず、管理会社へ電話すると
今向かっているので待っててと。遅れるならせめて一報欲しかったです。不安でした。
更に、担当者とお部屋に行くと、なんとその前に清掃員がスマホ触って休憩中。
今から掃除を始めるので、一時間後なら大丈夫とのこと。
清掃されているのを横目に見つつ、お部屋の案内を受けました…。
清掃員の方はとてもフレンドリーで良い方でしたが、チェックイン時間は事前に知らせているのに、適当な対応だなと思いました。
事前リクエストで鍵も２つお願いしていたのですが、最初は一本だけ渡されました。
(こちらはその場で清掃員の方のスペアキーをもらえたので良かったですが。)
また、ベットサイドのランプが電球切れか壊れていて、点きませんでした。
清掃員へ言うと、会社に伝えとくよ！とは言われましたが、滞在中に治ることはありませんでした。
扇風機も首が壊れており、角度や向きが変えられず、不便でした。
クローゼットのハンガーをかけるところに、清掃用具がぐちゃっと押し込まれていたのは不快でした。
お洋服をかける場所に汚いモップとか入っているのはいかがなものかと思います。
前回パリに来た際に借りたアパートの大家さんがとても親切だったので、
今回もアパートにしましたが、ここの会社からはもう借りないと思います。

The localization is great - walking distance to some of the best French monuments. Two shops available not more than 100-300m from the appartment.
There was not enough hot water for everyone in a four-people group to take a shower after whole day of sight-seeing. The last person had to wait another hour so the water could warm up.
We were given just one key.

There is no insonorisation between the appartments and all the day, from 7 o clock till 10 p.m., we had no tranquillity.
