Nothing As start; all communication was goods. I read some review that this property trying to make false claimed to get your deposit money. So I am very careful during check in by take all the photo and videos (but off course its impossible to cover everything) which became their spot point later as reason to charge guest. So YES. This property trying to steal your money. Be careful.
I was already charged 234 Euro for cleaning fee in the price. Then after check-out, I was charged another 120 Euro for additional cleaning because the host "claimed" we leave the apartment in a messy way. So in total I was charged 354 EURO for cleaning !!
I submit a complaint, instead of have a resolution both Welkeys and Swikly "ping-pong" me and never give any valid proof that their claimed is correct.
We used the apartment in a decent way, you can check my previous history in booking.com or AirBnB.
1. As asian, we take off the shoes inside the apart so the floor shall be ok.
2. We are only 7 pax in 4 rooms apartment, so no one sleep in the coach - the fact there is no TV in the apartment so we are not using the coach/sofa at all.
3. During check out, I put all the trash together in the plastic bin.
4. We are also clean up the toilet in a proper way
For us, its not acceptable to charge 354 Euro just because I am not cleaning the dish.
Then, a week later another surprise come, not even solve my previous complaint yet. Welkeys charged another 250 Euro and make another claimed for *broken switch cover - stained mattress and mattress protector - broken lampshade* which we also dont do anything on it.
It takes you a week to find anything broken and blame us ?
This is ridiculous!
The funny part, both of them recommend me to claim back to my travel insurance.
Now both of Welkeys and Swikly not respond anymore and ask me to submit official complaint through France Government.

Good location very close to Port Royal RER and Luxembourg Gardens. Good customer service from management company and Yann from Welkeys waiting for us to show us the apartment quickly and efficiently. Very clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi provided also. Mirrors needed in the bedrooms and a draining board at the sink would be useful.

It was a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. We were 4 adults and two children and were very comfortable. There’s a kitchen/dining and small living room. Very quiet. Also very close to Boulevard Saint Michel, Notre Dame, le Jardin du Luxembourg, etc. with the nearest metro stop at Luxembourg. There is no AC, however, there are fans throughout the apartment. We opened the windows to let the fresh air in, à la française 😉

Beautiful apartment; exactly as pictured. Two baths are both quite similar to one pictured. Perfect for group of 8: 4 adults, 4 children. Very, very clean. Plenty of hot water for everyone’s showers with good water pressure. Nice, quiet building and neighborhood. Close to necessities, convenient to bus lines for sights. Extremely pleased, would absolutely stay here again. Truly loved it. Without a dryer, it would be nice to have an additional drying rack if possible.

Unfortunately, definitely not feeling warm and fuzzy about this Airbnb. The property management locked the keys inside, so to start we had to wait about 45 mins in the stairwell for the courier to bring the keys, it was cold, cramped, raining outside and we had just flown 13 hrs. The neighborhood definitely lacks the Parisian charm. There was homeless camped outside and the view is of construction. The apartment was clean and functional but the guest shower was dirty with mold and walls were unclean. The water would not stay hot even long enough for one shower. The toilet in the main bathroom was broken and ran water the whole entire visit. (Welkeys) was notified and did not send anyone out to fix. The rooms are small with tight space, but that is expected in Paris. The beds were extremely firm, therefore uncomfortable. You do have to Uber to get to main areas like Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, etc..

Small things make all the difference. This would have been a 5 star review if our group of 7, for a 5-day stay, had not had to deal with just 1 dish rag, no bath mats in either WC, no drying rack for sink, 2 garbage bags, no paper towels, and 5 rolls of TP. Quite a few inconveniences that felt unnecessary cheap considering how much we paid. Everything else was great with the space and management team.

A happy and comfortable stay But: We all felt that Yann rushed us on arrival and could have been more helpful in general. Not really a welcome. He is clearly very busy. Details to be improved: Mirror and waste paper basket in every bedroom. More linen drying up cloths - only one supplied. We only had breakfast and snacks in the flat. (We didn’t want to use dishwasher.) Fresh flowers, not dead plants!

The area is quiet with some restaurants, a grocery store, and shops within walking distance. The property is quite nice. 4 bedrooms were perfect for our two families. The property could be stocked a little better, though. We had only 3 wine glasses, but many coffee mugs. Each guest had only one bath and one hand towel, for example. This property was fantastic, and the host was extremely responsive.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the accommodations. The unit was nicely laid out with plenty of room for our group. The bathroom tile could use a little cleaning but otherwise everything worked pretty well. There is a large construction job going on right across the street but it didn't particularly bother us as we were gone most of the day. The upside was that this was not in a tourist area so you felt like you were right the middle of an authentic Parisian neighborhood with a boulangerie at both ends of the block!

Everything was great except for: 1) the listing clearly states there is a dryer. There is none, and since it rained most of the time, it was sorely needed. 2) The main circuit breaker was thrown twice while we were there. The washer and shower were on at the same time. Not much else except lights and heat. 3) Could have used a broom and dustpan. 4) Wasn't told where to empty garbage, but support told me when I asked.

Nice place for visiting Paris with group of 6-8 people. Nice area, cosy place (not that big but big enough), 4 bedrooms are made into the appartment (isolation could be better). We only have one remark and that's we had to ask for whine glasses and extra coffee cups (we received them after 2 days) and the whine bottle opener we asked was never delivered. So bring your own opener and everything is OK.

Great for 6 adults in 4 bedrooms. There was a boulangerie just down the street, a grocery store within 5 minutes, a wine shop within a minute’s walk, takeout food close by, and the park was close, too. The RER and bus stops were nearby. The apartment was as advertised. It took a while to figure out the dryer and there were no house instructions, but the host responded to my inquires quickly, although I still felt uncomfortable with a full bag of garbage on the floor and recyclables piled on the counter, as there was no where to put them. There were no wine glasses, which is weird in Paris. But overall the place was roomy, modern, well-situated, and clean. I recommend this apartment highly.

Lovely apartment! Slightly smaller than it looks, but still very nice. The person we first came in contact with were not at all service minded, which put us off a bit. Location is nice, quiet and close to a few restaurants and the metro.

We loved the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Easy access to trains. The Boulangerie down the street was perfect for getting coffee and croissants/baguettes in the mornings. Grocery store and wine shop were also close by. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean and worked well for seven of us. I would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was great and walkable to several cafes. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if traveling with a group. The only negative thing I could say about this place is that the front shower leaks at the bottom, but I think this has been mentioned in other reviews before. It didn’t affect our stay.

Great flat in a quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the train or bus stop, and restaurants. Bakery just two minutes away. We were 7 friends on a weekend trip, we really enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place.

We loved this airbnb. The size was perfect for our group. There are so many great restaurants near the space. It was also fairly easy to get around to visit major sites in the city. We liked that it wasn't super touristy and I think we had better food options because of that.

The apartment was perfect for the group of 6 family members we had travelling. It was located close to many metro lines. Depending on the line and direction you needed to go. A few little bakery and stores close to the apartment for anything you needed. We got take out from the pasta pizza joint on the corner after a long day of exploring. It was perfect. The apartment comfortable and well appointed. The only issue was the shower off the living room is in need of repair and could not really be used. So one shower for 6 women was an issue. Also only having one key was a challenge. Over all it was great value and everyone loved it.

The flat was lovely but it lacked a number of key elements to make a short stay welcome. There were no welcome coffee/tea/ short on various amenities including glassware and one of the rooms lacked a heater. We had a problem as the electricity was out for a whole day and we left the welcome team a day to sort it out but they did not do it or communicate this to us until we contacted AirnBnb.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It is located in a quiet street but just one block away from Blvd Saint Michel and the end tip of the Luxemburg gardens. In any direction you walk from the front door, there'll be plenty to do and see very close by.
About the apartment itself, there were 8 of us in our party and we didn't feel cramped at all. In fact, the picture of the kitchen area does not do justice of how spacious the kitchen and dining areas are for it does not show the dining table which sits 8. Check in as easy and, although it would be on a case by case basis, we were allowed to check in early. We WILL stay in the place next time we visit Paris.

L’appartamento e’ come si vede nelle foto. Molto bello, arredato con gusto. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed e’ adatto anche per il soggiorno di due famiglie con bambini (senza passeggino perché si accede all’appartamento tramite una scala piuttosto ripida). This was a great place and location for us. There was space for 6-8 people and the location was wonderful. It was ISS finding the key but presumably the concierge was very local - they were also great about a slightly later check out. Highly recommended!

Estive com minha família , o apt tinha tudo oq estava descrito . os quartos e camas estavam em perfeitas condição , porém um dos banheiros não continha calefação , e estava muito frio , sem condições de usá-lo com duas crianças para tomar banho . Outro problema era que a chave geral do apt caia toda vez q se ligava muitos aparelhos ao mesmo tempo . Tentei contato , porém era domingo e não havia nada para ser feito , mas de forma geral nos atendeu bem durante a nossa estadia .

We had a wonderful stay at this Paris apartment near Latin Quarter. The flat is gorgeous and was perfect for our group of 5. Lots of bakeries nearby & a supermarket around the corner. We walked from here all around Paris (great if you like walking) . Flat was nicely done out, spacious & warm.

Overall I felt there were pros and cons to this apartment in Paris. It was easy to get in and convenient with the lock box. The location was excellent and well connected and very walkable. The beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms was a big perk for our group of 4 and the sinks / toilets and kitchen were updated and worked well. Gorgeous decor and windows.
The cons were around cleanliness and maintenance - I noticed the bedspread of my bed had some stains on it, and then light stains on my friend's duvet in the other room as well. Needs dusting. Both of the showers leaked water on the floor leaving a mess we had to use towels to soak up. There was a little bit of visible mold in the bathrooms and in the stairwell (which is not in the apartment technically.) Within 10 minutes of getting there 2 doorhandles fell off inside the apartment - they had been propped up to stay on and as soon as you grabbed them they fell out. Not terrible but needs maintenance.

Beautiful place in a great location. Check-in was perfect with communication with a live concierge via text. But the first time I took a shower the drain was completely stopped and flooded the bathroom - watermarks on the baseboard suggested this was not the first occurrence. I phoned, emailed (via AirBnb) and texted (the concierge) who was helpful during check-in and never received a response of any kind. I made do with the second bathroom which is why our stay was still good. Seems like Welkey's has completely automated their interactions with guests post check-in so beware if you need a response to a problem.

We stayed here for 3 days.
The apartment is nice and spacious and is accurately represented in the photos. The location is quite good too.
What needs improvement is the host agency’s (welkey’s) communication and support. Our check in process was a mess and Welkeys did a shabby job communicating & resolving issues - at one point asking us to sort things out with some local manager who in turn was not accessible for a few hrs post the check in time.
All in all - good location, great apartment. The experience could’ve been better.

We had a really great time, the apartment was fantastic. Great location, local bakery and supermarket only a few minutes away. Good transport connections to the metro and bus. Beautiful Jardin de Luxembourg very close by. Useful to have a dishwasher and washing machine, and checkin/out was very easy. Thank you!

OK location but not near much. Nice apartment but so badly equipped. 4 toilet rolls for 5 people for 4 days! No soap AT ALL for hands. 1 hand towel for 5 people. 1 towel has blood all over it. No washing machine powder. We bought soap etc and left for next guest. The first thing arriving guests from overseas should not have to do is go shopping for basic supplies. Also 2 fans for 4 rooms in a very hot apartment. Not customer centric at all just being ultra cheap. A few € spent could change it all.

Fantastic, modern and very clean accommodation. Great access to Luxembourg Gardens, round the corner from well stocked grocery shop and short distance from Luxembourg Metro station. A brilliant base if you’re looking to see the tourist hotspots, we would definitely stay here again.

We had such a special visit! The apartment was gorgeous in every little detail. Clean, comfortable, stylish, and in a beautiful location on a pretty quiet street. August in Paris is a bit a calmer and quieter so that may explain that partially. Our family of 5 fit so comfortably and having the 2 full bathrooms was very convenient. The apartment is amazing. It is huge, extremely clean, newly renovated, all Ikea (literally everything), comfortable beds, great showers, quiet, good wi-fi, great location. It is purpose-designed to be a rental (e.g. no closets but enough hooks and dressers; all the doors are pocket doors). There are two common spaces (separate but not by a door): a nice living room with two couches and a bench; and a kitchen with a table that could seat 8. Each common area has two bedrooms and a bathroom off of it. The only negatives are that the management company was incredibly bizarrely non-responsive, despite multiple prompts and requests, and never did replace the coffee maker that was broken from the first day (of a week-long stay). Also the management company refused to issue more than one key. As the apartment can comfortably accommodate eight adults, that seems unreasonable. Not everyone comes and goes at the same time, especially to an lovely apartment well suited to several adults or a family staying for a long time. No TV or freezer (neither of which mattered to us, but might to some). Also no directions for anything (but all Ikea so googleable) and no recommendations for nearby things. I assume the management will improve because the communication issues are so basic. The apartment itself is truly amazing and I would absolutely recommend.
