Le logement
Dans un arrondissement central, proche de commerces et des transports, ce très beau T5 sur deux niveaux sera parfait pour un futur séjour à la découverte de Paris.
Cozy et décoré avec goût, cet appartement 115m² est situé au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Très bien agencé, ce bien est doté de :
- un double séjour spacieux,
- trois chambres avec lits queen-size (160cm),
- une chambre avec lit double,
- une cuisine parfaitement équipée (bouilloire, machine à café, grille pain, four, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur),
- trois salles de bain avec douche,
- aspirateur, sèche-cheveux, lave-linge, sèche-linge, matériel de repassage, ventilateur,
- WIFI.
Des travaux sont en cours dans les environs, et ce jusqu'à fin octobre, ils peuvent générer du bruit en journée.

The apartment was perfect for our group. Lots of communal space for us to play games and have a drink before heading out. Rooms were clean and comfortable and good showers in the bathrooms. Location was great and walking distance to most places we wanted with lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
Check in was very easy however I was disappointed to be charged €25 euros to check in at 9.30pm as this was considered a late check in only for it to be a self service check in process at the apartment. That being said I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in le Marais with a group!

Check in duurde lang, 30 minuten gewacht op host. Daarnaast was 1 slaapkamer niet te verduisteren en daardoor smorgens 8.15 uur al licht !! Tevens deed 1 electrische verwarming het niet. Gebeld met de organisatie Welkeys, zou iemand komen echter niemand geweest na 2 verzoeken. Jammer

We had a wonderful time in the Marais. The apartment was great. We felt safe. There is a great food market half a block away where you can buy cheese, meats, fresh produce to bring back to the flat or you can get prepared foods to eat there. It was hopping when we went. There was a patisserie around the corner. It was peaceful at night. I think they had recently remodeled the bathrooms they looked brand new. No complaints.

I gave 5 stars as the following are personal opinions and not anything against the property as it was a nice place.
The good…
3 bathrooms - we traveled with 7 people and having an extra shower/toilet was perfect.
Kitchen was good and we enjoyed breakfast at “home” often going to local bakeries then cooking up eggs and other breakfast goods.
Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Close to restaurants/shops and bars

If you like a firm bed this place is for you…. The beds were not for us and made for long nights
1 set of keys…. With 7 people we sometimes wanted to go our own way but coordinating a key to the home made things tough. Definitely would recommend they put a keyless lock or a lockbox to help manage.

Limited options for a late booking in Le Marais and took a chance with a single VRBO review. All communications were excellent. The apartment was immaculate, well represented in the photos and the beds were comfy. There were 6 of us and it worked really well. Limited wifi in the bedrooms but you are in Paris so suck it up. The apartment had everything that we needed. Great area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

The location was good.
The layout of the apartment is poor. The ground floor contains a kitchen, a shower and a washer. Steep stairs with no handrail to get to the living room and the bedrooms. One bedroom has stairs descending to it with no handrail. Another bedroom has a steep ladder to a loft. No fresh air or windows to 2 bedrooms. The Wifi didn't work in the master bedroom at all. The few windows all open to a courtyard where construction was underway - we were awakened by incredibly loud construction noise - a steel blade cutting steel pipe. The beds were hard and the pillows the stiff oversized cheap ones that leave one with a sore neck. One couch was comfortable, the other was hard as a rock. The light fixtures in the bedrooms and dining room were of poor quality, dim bulbs that barely worked. Right up there with the worst accommodation ever. Peeling paint on the wall outside the front door, really tacky.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! A representative met us at the apartment and opened it an hour early for us. Great communication. It was perfect for 7 adults—very spacious and spread out with two large, beautiful bathrooms plus a separate toilet and shower, and very quiet. The laundry machine was very helpful. It’s also close to several grocery stores and many cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries. We used metro and RER lines all week; stations for many lines within a 10-15 minute walk.
A logistical note for groups of adults: there was only 1 key and you need it to lock and unlock the door from the inside and outside. We locked the door when someone was staying at the apartment alone, but then she couldn’t open it for part of the group who returned, so they were locked in and out, and the key was with the group who wanted to stay out after the others went to bed.

Terrible experience with this VRBO. Never had a bad experience until now. The location is NOT a great area, homeless people outside of this compound. The communication with property manager was also terrible. He didn't communicate within the VRBO only on WhatsApp. Not until we called several numbers and after multiple hours did we then get connected with the property manager. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice in a bad way. The bathrooms were so small barely one person could fit in. No lock on the entrance door. Overall, unsafe, not responsive and misinformation posted!

The location was great, there are many restaurants and markets nearby. Jeremie the concierge was responsive and offered us an early check in. The apartment itself looked good, but there were some major and minor inconveniences that could have been fixed during our stay.
Wifi did not work in the main area upstairs as the router is downstairs hidden behind the staircase. This was noted several times during our stay without any solution.
There are only 2 sets of keys for a 4 bedroom/8 person apartment. And the main door can only be opened from the inside with a key. So if someone leaves with the key, you can be locked inside. This was a major inconvenience until they put a lockbox outside. This was also mentioned without much of a solution. We had to coordinate and figure it out ourselves.
One of the main bathrooms shower drain did not drain properly, but this was fixed. One of the main bedrooms floor is warping quite bad.
The light at the entrance to the apartment is very dim and needs to be replaced. Can be tricky and need to use a flashlight to open the lockbox and entry door.
Bedsheets were not 'hotel quality' as it is stated. It's literally one standard sheet on the mattress. Not sure if this would be sanitary after multiple guests stay.
We asked for a few more towels since we were staying almost two weeks. Extra charge

Great stay in the Marais. Perfect location for a small group - away from crowds but perfectly located for bars, cafes and to take in Paris by foot or metro. Jérémie was polite and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Total asset to the company and the apartment. Apt itself was clean and as per description.

Exactly as described.
Plenty of room for all the family to spread out. Would also be a good apartment for a group of couples or singles (4 bedrooms!).
Great location - so much to do in the Marais, easy walk to central attractions and several metro nearby to go farther afield.

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Many places to eat, shop, and visit very close by. All of the major attractions are a little further away which we enjoyed. Quick subway rides or cabs made that easy. Jeremie was very kind and helpful. We would stay there again.

The place in itself was very good. The location was great. However, when we arrived at 3pm (check in time) the flat had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait around for the cleaners to show up. They did a rushed job so the flat was not 100% clean. Also we had drilling and a construction site from 8 am everyday all the way through our stay, making it impossible to hang out in the space.
The place could have been a little bit more well kept and the hosts could have been a bit more helpful.

My family of 4 had a great stay.
The highlights:
The neighborhood. A quiet street in the heart of the Marais. Close to best, food and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
The apt felt safe with a key code at the main door to the courtyard. Couldn’t really hear any street noise.
The apartment is we’ll appointed design wise. And beds are comfortable.
The layout is a bit wonky: the kitchen on ground floor and stairs up to the main living areas and dining room. We had large heavy bags so ended up leaving in the kitchen and taking out what we needed. There are 2 rooms in the center of the apartment and do not have a window you can open up to fresh air.
Jeremie, who let us in and help facilitate and early check in was SO helpful and kind. Great communication. The app was far less helpful.
The not so highlights:
No fans at all. Would advise against when very hot. We had to buy toilet paper, there was very little. 1 kitchen rag. Light on basic amenities.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in the Marais. We were a group of 7 adults plus an under-2 year old and the place is spacious, beautifully appointed and homely. Large modern bathrooms, two dining spaces (kitchen and dining room) which is great for a large group and lovely bedrooms. Our point of contact Jérémie was wonderful and he easily arranged for fans on our request (it was 32 C pretty much the whole time) and extended our checkout by an hour which was very helpful considering we had a baby. Perfect location - close enough to the touristy places but great cafes, shopping and boulangerie/pâtisserie on your doorstep. Highly recommend!

Went for a girls trip and loved out stay here! Location was super convenient and we enjoyed the night life down the road. This street and building was very quiet. The concierge was very prompt in meeting us for check in and check out. Rooms were clean and well decorated!
Only heads up I would share for folks who like details
- no central air, but one fan is provided. Opening the windows was enough for our group, though the lofted bedroom was warmer.
- one bedroom has a skylight and is extremely bright and no way to dim.
Neither were dealbreakers. Had such a great stay here, would recommend 😊

Lovely apartment in a great area but we did not have a good experience with check in. After contacting Wellkeys the night before they instructed us that the concierge would be there from 3 to let us in. We arrived just after 3 and no one was there to let us in until 4:30 which was less than ideal after a full day of travel. The concierge did not respond to my text messages but instead used whats app which I do not use. Very disappointing check in with no apologies either.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Paris and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I must apologize for not thoroughly reading the fine print, as it stated that there was no wifi available. In this day and age, it was quite disappointing to be without internet access, especially considering the weak cellular reception in the area. It’s something to keep in mind before booking.
Additionally, the lack of ventilation in the bedrooms was a challenge during the summer days. With two bedrooms lacking windows, the rooms became uncomfortably warm. A fan would have been greatly appreciated in this situation, considering the old building’s limitations.
Upon arrival, there was a shortage of essential amenities such as shampoo and shower gel. However, the concierge, Jeremie, was quick to resolve this issue the following day. His assistance and dedication were definitely a highlight of our trip.

This is a wonderfull place and a wonderfull stylish apartment. It was a very good experience for us. Only missing issue is Wifi. It was written that there is no internet in the apartment details but it was difficult to stay without internet. Also our French mobile phone line did not work inside. With a wifi this house will be wonderfull.

A beautiful space, comfortable and perfectly located. However, the heat was stifling. I’m not asking for air conditioning. It is Paris after all. But a fan in the room perhaps? It was awful. For the price, have a fan! Also—- WIFI FOR GOSH SAKE!!!!! A beautiful home and no WiFi???? I couldn’t believe it. These are two major problems that can be easily fixed. It is so simple. Maybe $200-300 dollar all in. A few fans in each bedroom. A router. So easy. Destroyed our comfort honestly. We loved being there. But these two minor additions would make it paradise
