Located on the 1st floor of the villa (with stairs), in the heart of the Cabourg fan and just a few minutes from the beach, this charming T3 apartment features a beautiful 37m² living space. Quiet and bright, this refurbished duplex includes :
- a sunny terrace with table and deckchairs,
- a nice living room,
- a small, bright bedroom with a double bed,
- another small bedroom with two single beds,
- a closet upstairs,
- bathroom with shower,
- well-equipped open kitchen (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities,
- Wifi.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or people with reduced mobility. The second bedroom is not very bright,
- Pets are not allowed,
- Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation,
- To preserve the tranquility of the premises, parties are not permitted.

In addition to being close to all the stores and restaurants of the city, you will be just a 5-min walk away from the beach of Cabourg and the casino with its garden: the best place for a nice stroll on the Marcel Proust promenade! You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 5 min on foot and the train station at 15 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.
