Just a stone's throw from the Jetée Thiers, from where the shuttles leave for Cap Ferret and the Ile aux Oiseaux tour, and from the beach, you'll have an ultra-central location in the immediate vicinity of all amenities, enabling you to enjoy a pleasant stay in the town of Arcachon.
This peaceful, comfortable, triple-glazed apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the prestigious, secure Résidence Point France, with elevator and front-line access. Featuring a south-facing terrace, this bright, fully renovated 45 m² space includes :

The neighborhood
Located in the heart of the hyper-center and 500 m from the train station, you will not lack anything to enjoy a beautiful stay in Arcachon. In addition to being within walking distance of the beach as well as the city’s cultural and event centers (including the casino, the theater and the museum), you will be close to all amenities as well as stores, restaurants and public transport. You will also be a 10-min walk away from the Ville d’Hiver (Winter Town), where you will be able to walk around the pretty streets of Arcachon and explore the wonders of the city, including the Parc Mauresque (Moorish Park), the Sainte-Cecile observatory or the various villas. Lastly, don’t hesitate to visit the Cabanes Tchanquées (huts on stilts) of the Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island) or go to the Dune of Pilat!

Sehr unfreundliche Gastgeberin! In der Booking-Beschreibung wurden diverse Annehmlichkeiten beschrieben (z.B. Pflegeprodukte im Bad). Realität: 1 angebrauchte WC‐Papierrolle und fast leere Handseife...
Zudem lag die Sonnenstore defekt auf dem Balkon und es hatte Scherben auf dem Balkonboden.
Habe mich als Gast nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Beste Lage direkt um die Ecke der Strand + auch nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt oder 5-10 Minuten zur Innenstadt, alle notwendigen Dinge können im nahen Umfeld besorgt werden. Perfekter Ort, um von dort aus Unternehmungen zu starten, man kann viel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, wie z.B. die Dune du Pilat. Gerne möglichst bald wieder!

Vorhandensein eines Klimageräts.
Balkon, Bad und Toilette ansprechend renoviert.
Gutes WLAN
Küche war nicht gereinigt, Kühlschrank, Herd, Arbeitsplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Müllschublade eklig.
Küchenschränke lassen sich teilweise nicht öffnen. Zu wenig Geschirr, zu wenig Geschirrtücher (ein Tuch für 2 Wochen!!).
Sofa abgewohnt und verdreckt, Klimagerät verströmt Schimmelgeruch, TV-Gerät viel zu klein (24")
Schlafzimmer nur 20 cm breiter als das Bett, schmutzige "Inkontinenzauflage"
Fußboden der gesamten Wohnung in den Ecken nicht gereinigt.
Concierge spricht kein Wort englisch und ist schwer erreichbar.

Unable to get a wi-fi signal from the router which also ruled out the TV. Problem not solved by local representative. Not enough space around the bed - very awkward to get in and out or to remake the bed. Cleanliness, on the whole, was fine but not to the highest standards. Overly fussy procedures from the management side.

Das Apartment hätte sauberer sein können auch über Spülmaschinentabs und ein paar Kaffekapseln hätten wir uns, für den hohen Preis des Apartments, gefreut. So haben wir dies selber gekauft. Zusätzlich war den ganzen Tag, bis spät in die Nacht eine Lüftung am laufen. Diese war sehr laut und es war nicht leicht, dabei zu schlafen. Wir haben dies zurück gemeldet. Vielleicht ändert sich dies für die Zukunft...

The size of the bedroom : it was hardly possible to get in or out of bed as there was only about 20cm on either side of the bed. You really had to crawl into the bed from its end. My husband has a physical disability and unable to do this, we used the sofa bed in the living room (which was quite comfortable, by the way).

La terrasse sur les toits est un vrai luxe !
Il est idéalement placé pour profiter pleinement des activités qu’Arcachon propose. La navette pour se rendre au Cap Ferret est à 5 minutes à pied.

Appart très confort, très bien décoré, super terasse ensoleillé, lit confortable, il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin et Pauline est très sympa et disponible.
J'ai été très dérangée par ce bruit de tuyauterie constant qui j'espère sera définitivement réparé...
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la télé alors qu'il suffit de mettre un câble antenne pour l'avoir...

PS: Les places de parking sont payantes mais vous pourrez essayer de vous garer dans la rue Léon Cigarroa où celles-ci sont gratuites mais peu nombreuses.
