This charming 20 m² studio with a 100 m² garden, located on the ground floor with access to the private swimming pool of the residence is composed of :

- an open kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates,
- a small bathroom with shower,
- hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning,
- access to the residence's private swimming pool,
- a private parking space.

Noise pollution may occur.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

3 min from the city centre and 1 min drive from the Coudoulière beach, you are in the ideal location to discover the Mediterranean coast and its charm! You will be at 10 min by car from the Ile du Gaou and the Port du Brusc, from where you will be able to embark to discover the Embiez Islands. Also, you will be close to the bays of Sanary and Bandol for a moment of relaxation. Finally, you should not miss to go to La Seyne-sur-Mer (20 min by car) to discover the Janas forest with its magnificent panoramic view or to Tamaris for a tasting of the famous oysters of the region.
