Located a 6 minutes walk from the Côte des Basques beach and close to Biarritz city centre, with all activities nearby, this flat is perfect for visiting the city and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.

This cosy 19 m² studio is located on the 2nd floor without a lift and is composed of :
-a living space with comfortable sofa bed,
-a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, hotplates)
-a bathroom with bathtub,
-hoover, ironing facilities, hairdryer,
-TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood

This charming accommodation is perfectly located to enjoy Biarritz without ever taking transport. From the Bibi district, a charming traditional neighbourhood, and the Rue d'Espagne, it will take you only a few minutes to reach the beach of the Côte des Basques, famous for surfing. Located only 1 km from the city centre, you can enjoy all the shops and activities of Biarritz. The Mazon Park and the Public Garden will be a perfect green haven to relax.
Some of the places we recommend in the area are: les 100 marches, Chéri Bibi, 3 Salsas, Tantina de Burgos, Pizza Joie, Etxola Bibi for a drink and a game of pétanque, or Surfing for a dinner by the sea.
