Located on the ground floor, this very nice 27 sq. m flat, decorated in a industrial style, is composed of:
- a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, high chair and TV, Wifi.

Please note: this property is located in a lively area with a bar nearby, noise pollution may occur.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

Thanks to the metro, you can quickly and easily reach all the other emblematic monuments of Paris: the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées... Finally, you will be at the heart of the Marais, one of the most lively neighborhood in Paris with innumerable restaurants, bars, museums and animations just a few steps away from your rental.
