The space

Located in a former palace converted into a secure residence, just a few minutes' walk from Plage du Midi, this apartment is perfect for enjoying the sun and sea air.

This beautiful 44 m² first floor apartment comprises :
- a charming living room and dining area,
- well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
- bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer,
- carbon monoxide detector,
- air conditioning,
- one parking space available.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.

Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Plage du Midi, 15 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot from downtown, the Palais du Festival and Vieux-Cannes, you can enjoy all the restaurants, bars, beaches and of course all the amenities in and around the apartment.
