Situated on the 4th floor of a residence (with elevator), this very nice flat of 71 sq. m includes:

Communication with host was challenging. Being charged early check in fee when there was no one in apartment and no one met us to open up, seems a much considering it was empty and ready to go.

Als wir dann ankamen sahen wir das zweite Problem. Abgesehen davon, dass es sehr kalt war, weil die Fenster offen waren. Wir haben für 4 Erwachsene sowie 2 Babys gebucht. Diese sollte mit uns im jeweiligen Elternbett schlafen. Im Zimmer mit dem Queensize Bett hat das funktioniert. Im Zimmer mit den zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten war allerdings eins kaputt bzw. hatte keine Beine wodurch es viel niedriger war. Es musste also ein Elternteil mit Kind in einem Einzelbett schlafen anstatt zu dritt in einem großen Bett.
Zudem war es dreckig (fremde Haare, schmutzige Bettwäsche, verschmierte Spiegel).
Keine Empfehlung.

1) Communication outside of Airbnb. Yes we know airbnb specifically advises against this but this is part of the process for the rental.
2) The real issue is that there are 3 different avenues of communication. While at the end of the day, it all worked out well there was: Airbnb Message (less responsive), Welkey's personal website chat (same day turnaround), "What"app to communicate with your local host rep (within a couple of hours). All in all, the directions from my local host was clear for checking in. Leading up to check in was a little more difficult. Communicating with the welkeys chat, who didn't seem to have connected to the local host about my updates.
Communicating with local host was good.
Now onto the airbnb itself.
-Great Location, crazy convenient
-Spacious, decent amenities. (Washer, but couldn't find any hang dryer racks.)
-Pretty Great value
All in all enjoyed my stay.

The only toilet in the apartment was broken during our whole stay with no effort from the management company, Welkeys, to repair it. We were informed on our way from the airport that it was broken with no suggestion that it would be fixed asap from the person managing our check in. I reported it with the check in information and no response. We were left with a broken toilet during our whole stay and told to use the inside workings to flush it. Completely unacceptable! I contacted them at the end of the stay and still no response!!!
The €1200 damage deposit is ridiculous. 3 times what we paid for the stay. Check in could be simplified by just giving you all the details you need first off, rather than a convoluted stepped process over WhatsApp. We ended up standing waiting for about 20 mins in the entrance to the apartment block waiting for a code once we'd sent a photo of the key lock box! It's not an in-person service either, so anyone having to pay for a later check in is being ripped off!
The shower wasn't high enough to stand under it and water leaked from the bathroom when it was on. The bathroom lock was dodgy, one of our group got stuck in the bathroom, we had to unlock it from the outside for them. The beds in the second room weren't very comfortable and I'm glad none of our group needed to sleep on the sofa bed as that definitely wasn't comfortable.
There are a lot of instructions about how to leave things instructions to remove all rubbish but no indication as to where (we had to go and search for the main bins). I definitely wouldn't choose to stay here again. There's plenty of other options and I'd avoid anything managed by Welkeys too, who just don't seem bothered when something as fundamental as a toilet is broken!

Esta justo al lado de un tren que en una parada te deja en la entrada.
En cuando al apartamento, está muy bien, pero algunas condiciones son excesivas.
La fianza es excesiva (que ademas incluye una comision por la reserva que no deberia asumir el cliente ya que no es condicion nuestra tener que pagar esa cantidad, sino el dueño o la agencia) y quiza tambien las condiciones de recoger y limpieza que se exigen que no corresponden con el nivel de limpieza que te encuentras al llegar. Las camas pequeñas son incomodas y el sofa cama realmente incomodo. Por otro lado, te cobras por entregar las llaves fuera de cierto horario pero luego no hay nadie para dartelas, las dejas en una caja con contraseña que solo te dan cuando les mandas una foto de la propia caja.

Que encontrándonos el apartamento sucio en general. Nos llamaran la atención el último día por no haber puesto el lavavajillas. Habíamos dejado el lavavajillas listo, incluso con la pastilla puesta y al final se nos olvidó dar al botón.
No me gustó el mensaje que nos enviaron. Las formas no me gustaron después de haberme encontrado el apartamento, bastante sucio. Tampoco me gustó tener que dejar 20 euros en efectivo por irnos a las 12.

Me pareció muy exigente en cuanto cómo hay que dejar la casa (ventilada, persianas bajadas, muebles sin haber movido ninguno, vajilla limpia y recogida en su sitio (no puede estar secándose)...

If staying here, i would advise leave the place spotless.
Apt has excellent location, but basic / cramped enough.
As advertised, it's a "bath shower", but not suitable for use by kids or elderly, as very dangerous due to no bath mat being provided or anything to grip on to.

Apartment is in a nice quiet area with lots of local restaurants and shopping.
Incredible boulangerie and patisserie at Val d’Europe station.
Apartment was clean and spacious. Lovely little outside balcony.
My only issue with this Air bnb was the communication with Welkeys. Response time was slow and I had to request 1 form of communication only. I was receiving emails, phone calls, Whats App messages and air bnb messages.
It was very confusing as messages seemed to be coming from different people and caused issues with check in.
I informed them I would arrive 6:30-7pm for someone to meet me. When I arrived at 6:50pm nobody was around to meet me. I could not get hold of anyone until 8:30pm when a rude man called and blamed it on me for being late and told me he was there at 6pm.
We ended up letting ourselves in anyway with his instructions over the phone so I’m not sure why someone had to meet us in the first place. Self check in would have made everything so much smoother.
