The space

This lovely apartment with balcony and reversible air-conditioning is very close to the beaches and the shops in the area, which makes it perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the Provence region.

Situated on the 2nd floor (without lift), this bright and beautiful apartment of 68 sq. m is composed of:

- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with an italian shower,

- an open perfectly-equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, induction hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, and A/C
- a baby bed, a highchair,
- connected TV and Wi-Fi,
- a lot in the closed private parking.

The neighborhood

In addition to being close to coves, stores and groceries, you will be a 10-minute beach walk away from the lively district of Les Sablettes, where you can enjoy the night market, bars, restaurants, cafes, and its numerous activities. You will also be able to access the city's nautical activities, or Funnyland, the amusement park for children. Moreover, the Port du Lazaret is only a 15-min beach walk away if you want to go by boat to Toulon, Saint-Mandrier or Porquerolles. For a little more peace and quiet, you will be able to find the Janas forest with its magnificent panoramic view only 3km away. Feel free to go to Tamaris, for a taste of the famous oysters of the region!
