The space

This beautiful typical and luminous apartment, ideally located between the Carré d’Or and Old Nice, is ideal to accommodate 4 people. Close to all amenities and public transport, in the historic neighborhood of Carabacel, this apartment is perfect to discover the lovely city of Nice and the French Riviera.

This large apartment combining modernity and authenticity consists of a living space of 84 sq. m. Located on the 2nd floor of a nice old building with elevator, it includes:
- a large bright living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with two single beds,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates), including a dining area,
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and large TV.

In the heart of Nice, 12 min on foot away from the beach, you are in the best place to discover the many advantages of the city! You will have the choice between exploring the typical alleys of Old Nice, discovering the Carré d’Or palaces or visiting the National Theater and the Museum of Modern Art, located 5 min away. Thanks to the nearby train station, you will easily be able to move around the French Riviera and discover Cannes, Monaco, Antibes…
