This AC and cosy 62 sq. m house, on 2 levels, includes:
- a lovely terrace under a bioclimatic pergola with barbecue and a small garden,
- a bright and large living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,

- a bathroom with bathtub,

→ A charging point for electric cars is available on the wall next to the garage. It operates via the Freshmile application (QR code and assistance number on the front of the terminal) and costs €0.40 per Kwh charged.

The neighborhood

In the heart of a quiet domain, this charming house will allow you to spend a relaxing and peaceful stay, while remaining close to several activities. Ideally situated between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, you will be just a short drive (5 min) from the wonderful Port Grimaud, where you will find the numerous restaurants, bars and activities of the Provençal Venice. If you wish to go on a cultural outing, go to the historic center of Grimaud, 3 minutes away by car, where you will find the Castle of Grimaud, the Pont des Fées (Fairy Bridge) or the Saint-Michel Church. At last, you will easily discover all the French Riviera charming villages: Gassin, Ramatuelle, Fréjus...
