This nice 112 sq. m house, will seduce you with its soothing and warm decor. It includes:
- a large garden with a furnished terrace and barbecue,
- a welcoming spacious living-room,
- three bedrooms with double beds,
- one bathroom with bathtub,
- a perfectly-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV, Wi-Fi and stereo equipment,
- inflatable hot tub.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is within walking distance of the center of Benesse-Maremne village, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. In addition to these commodities, you will be able to enjoy the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor for a relaxing moment or water activities (6 min by car), or discover the national Orx marshes nature reserve 10 min away by car. Lastly, if you feel like it, you can visit the ecomuseum of the Landes Regional Nature Park, 1 hour away by car.
