Inside a normande residency, this pretty 30sq. m flat is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and includes :
- a south exposed balcony,
- a nice living-room with a sofa bed, closed by a curtain (kids only),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
