The space

Only two steps away from the metro which will lead you to the most famous places of Paris, this beautifully decorated apartment will be ideal in order to discover the capital city.

Situated on the 3rd floor (without lift), this 62 sq. m luminous apartment is composed of:
- a cozy living space,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- two bedrooms with single beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi,
- a working desk,
- fans.

Following the summer of 2023, a fan has been installed in each room for added comfort.

Please note the following additional costs:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

→ Guests will receive all the essential items for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, just right by the Sèvres-Lecourbe metro station, this apartment is located close to all the tourist sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the quartier Saint Germain, the Hôtel des Invalides and many other famous sites of Paris. Whether you want to go shopping at Le Bon Marché, visit the Parc du Luxembourg or run along the banks of the Seine - in this studio you can fully enjoy the French capital on foot or by transport and discover the many chic restaurants and bars of the district.
