- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing facilities, hair dryer, air conditioning,

- a private parking space,
- access to the residence's private swimming pool (from mid-May to September).

The neighborhood

Enjoy the beautiful beach in 8 walking distance from the residence as well as the Mediterranean sun: you will be in the ideal location to enjoy the sea air while staying next to the city centre! Close to all amenities, you can visit the famous places of the city: the Old Antibes, the museums (including the Archaeology Museum and the Picasso Museum), the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches and other attractions... Finally, it will only take you 10 min by car to reach the Marineland water park and about 30 min by car to reach Nice or Cannes.

Antibes train station → 6 min by car or 9 min by transport
Nice-Côte d'Azur airport → 25 min by car or 50 min by public transport
