This welcoming 27 m² on yard flat is on the first floor of a residence with lift and is made up of :

- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine,
- TV,
- a parking space in the residence car park.

The neighborhood

Close to the port and Bandol town centre, you'll be in a quiet residence with the added advantage of being close to everyday shops as well as restaurants or beaches. You'll need just a few minutes on foot to reach the sea, while other destinations such as the town of Toulon or the village of Le Beausset are easily accessible by car.
