Located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, this comfortable two bedroom apartment features :
- a pleasant living-dining room,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Bosch coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- two bedrooms with double beds (140*190),
- a bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC,
- ironing facilities, hairdryer, hoover,
- TV and Wifi, fans.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

The neighborhood

Located just a 20-minute metro ride from the St-Lazare train station, this flat is ideal for those wishing to discover the sights of Paris while enjoying a comfortable place to rest. You will appreciate the proximity of Courbevoie as well as La Défense, which can be reached in around 15 minutes by public transport. On foot, you can reach La-Garenne-Colombes and Courbevoie stations, where you can catch the train that will drop you off just a short walk from Boulevard Haussmann and the Palais Garnier. Take one of the many metro lines that serve the whole of Paris from St-Lazare. There are plenty of shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, etc.): do not miss the Centre market and its market hall. For a cultural excursion, visit Mastaba, Jean-Pierre Raynaud's house museum. For restaurants, make a reservation at Garden Colombes or Bollicine.
