This recently renovated 90m² apartment offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :

• an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with a large corner sofa and a dining area,
• an open-plan kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• one bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
• one bedroom with two single beds,
• one bedroom with a single bed,
• bathroom with shower,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, baby bath, fan, central heating,
• TV with satellite or cable, Wifi and books. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

→ The problem concerning the insufficient number of access badges has been fully resolved.

Additionally, the banks of the Seine are only a 10-minute walk away, providing a picturesque location for strolls. All necessary amenities, including a Carrefour, bakery, butcher's shop, and pharmacy, are located within a two-minute walk. Restaurants, La Seine Musicale, Théâtre de la Clarté, and Parc des Princes are also within a 5-minute walk. You are conveniently located near iconic Paris neighborhoods, such as the Marais, Trocadero, and Champs Élysées. These areas are easily accessible from your location.
